TL;DR: In this article, an approach of mediation and assistance to interpret the information needs of organizations is proposed, taking into account the users' information behaviour, their information repositories and the information management which represent their needs concerning the new information and communications technologies.
Abstract: Nous proposons dans cet article une approche de mediation et d’aide a l’interpretation des besoins informationnels des organisations. Cette approche est fondee sur la prise en consideration des comportements informationnels des usagers, de leurs referentiels et de la gestion des informations qui representent leurs besoins en matiere de novelles technologies. This paper proposes an approach of mediation and assistance to interpret the information needs of organizations. This approach is taking into account the users’ information behaviour, their information repositories and the information management which represent their needs concerning the new information and communications technologies.
