TL;DR: A Blockchain based incentive scheme for DTN based post disaster communication network that uses Bitcoin to incentivize nodes for cooperation is proposed that uses a novel reward strategy to bring rationality in the incentivizing process.
Abstract: Delay tolerant network (DTN) is successfully proposed for setting up emergency post disaster communication networks when normal communication infrastructure is incapacitated. Performance of such networks get affected by selfish nodes that do not participate in message forwarding. Thus, nodes must receive satisfactory rewards for cooperation. The available incentive schemes either rely on central trusted authorities or do not use an explicit and secure digital currency. Blockchain, a decentralized digital ledger of immutable transactions, is an attractive approach for addressing the incentive challenges in peer-to-peer networks that lack central trusted authorities. Bitcoin, the Blockchain based cryptocurrency, make it possible to devise practical credit based incentive schemes for such networks. In this paper, we propose a Blockchain based incentive scheme for DTN based post disaster communication network that uses Bitcoin to incentivize nodes for cooperation. The scheme uses a novel reward strategy to bring rationality in the incentivizing process.

TL;DR: A ranking method, i.e., De-bipolarization scheme for trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic number (TrBNN) using removal area technique is introduced and the utility of trapezoid bipolar neutrophic number and its appliance in a multi criteria group decision making problem (MCGDM) for distinct users in trapezoids bipolar arena is described.
Abstract: Neutrosophic set can deal with the uncertainties related to the information of any decision making problem in real life scenarios, where fuzzy set may fail to handle those uncertainties properly. In this study, we present the perception of trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic numbers and its classification in different frame. We introduce the idea of disjunctive structures of trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic numbers namely type-1 trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic number, type-2 trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic numbers, and type-3 trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic number based on the perception of dependency among membership functions in neutrosophic set. In any neutrosophic decision-making problem, the decision maker uses the comparison of neutrosophic numbers to choose among alternatives solutions. Here, we introduce a ranking method, i.e., De-bipolarization scheme for trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic number (TrBNN) using removal area technique. We also describe the utility of trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic number and its appliance in a multi criteria group decision making problem (MCGDM) for distinct users in trapezoidal bipolar arena which is more ethical, precise and reliable in neutrosophic field.

TL;DR: In the fibromyalgia group, variable degrees of sympathetic hyperactivity and normal parasympathetic activity were observed, suggesting central sensitization may be playing a primary role in the pathophysiology of generalized pain in fibromy arthritis.
Abstract: Fibromyalgia is a multi-symptomatic disorder characterized by generalized pain. The pathophysiology of fibromyalgia is supposedly an interplay between central nervous system hyper-responsiveness, autonomic dysfunction, and peripheral pain. In this cross-sectional study, the objective was to assess central sensitization and autonomic activity in patients with fibromyalgia compared with control. Fifty adults diagnosed with fibromyalgia by the modified American College of Rheumatology 2010 criteria and an equal number of age- and sex-matched controls participated in the study in an urban tertiary care hospital. Central sensitization was assessed by history and by evidence of increased prefrontal cortical activity as measured by cortical oxygenation using functional near-infrared spectroscopy. Autonomic activity was assessed by heart rate variability, electrodermal activity, and deep breathing test in three physiological states: rest, sympathetic stress (cold pressor test), and deep breathing. Mann-Whitney U-test, paired t-test, Wilcoxon test, and Friedman test with Bonferroni a priori were used to analyze the data. Cortical activity was significantly higher in the fibromyalgia group than control. There was no significant difference in autonomic activity between the fibromyalgia and control groups. In the fibromyalgia group, variable degrees of sympathetic hyperactivity and normal parasympathetic activity were observed. Central sensitization may be playing a primary role in the pathophysiology of generalized pain in fibromyalgia.

TL;DR: This is the novel approach that authors have proposed for compression of image using parameter CR (Compression Ratio) without losing the parameter PSNR, the quality of image, using less bandwidth.
Abstract: In modern technology memory storing space is not a very big deal But when it comes to a portable system ie a digital camera with internet as well as communication facility, then the bandwidth for communication as well as storage are of serious concern Huge useful information has to be stored and retrieved efficiently for practical purposes The Haar wavelet, which is the simplest of all the 2D DWT, along with thresholding has been applied on a JPEG image After that Run Length Entropy Coding has been adopted This is the novel approach that authors have proposed for compression of image using parameter CR (Compression Ratio) without losing the parameter PSNR, the quality of image, using less bandwidth
