TL;DR: Hasil penelitian ying diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa minyak atsiri daun jeruk purut dengan perlakuan pemeraman memiliki rendemen tertinggi sebesar 0,867 as mentioned in this paper.
Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi perlakuan pendahuluan (daun segar utuh, daun pemeraman, daun kering angin giling kasar (15 mesh), dan daun kering angin giling halus (60 mesh)) terhadap karakteristik mutu minyak atsiri daun jeruk purut yang meliputi rendemen, berat jenis, putaran optik, indeks bias, viskositas, dan kelarutan dalam alkohol 70% serta kandungan dan kadar senyawa aktif minyak atsiri daun jeruk purut terpilih.

TL;DR: Genetic variation within breeds is important and its study has become a subject of interest in livestock species, as it has many applications in animal breeding and genetics, such as the identification of animals and parentage testing, gene mapping and identifying markers for performance traits.
Abstract: Sutarno (2010). Genetic variations among Indonesian native cattle breeds based on polymorphisms analysis in the growth hormone loci and mitochondrial DNA. Biodiversitas 11: 1-5. Genetic variation within breeds is important and its study has become a subject of interest in livestock species, as it has many applications in animal breeding and genetics, such as the identification of animals and parentage testing, gene mapping and identifying markers for performance traits. Two loci of bovine growth hormone genes, and two regions of mitochondrial DNA, D-loop and ND-5 were characterized using polymerase chain reaction – restriction fragment length polymorphism (CR-RFLP) involving 120 Indonesian native cattle of Bali, Madura, PO and West Sumatra breeds. The results indicated that sequence variations were detected both in the growth hormone loci and mitochondrial DNA.

TL;DR: In this paper, the equivalence of eclessial song lyrics, which belong to the content word, the meaning of the sentences and their effect on church songs were analyzed by using music, language, and interdiciline approach.
Abstract: This study aimed at describing the equivalence of eclessial song lyrics, which belong to the content word, the meaning of the sentences and their effect on church songs. The method used in this study is descriptive and qualitative by using music, language, and interdiciline approach. The data collection method used questionnaires technique, interview, documents and content analysis. The data used are 5 documents of songs chosen purposively as the primary data. Based on the data being analyzed, the results of this study were: 1) The translated content word located in the same bars and equivalent was around 27.07%, the translated content word located in the same bars, but not equivalent was 18.34%, the translated content word located in the different bars, but equivalent was 11.79%, the translated content word located in the different bars and not equivalent was 2.62%, and the untranslated words were 4.17%. 2) The translation of equivalence beautiful lyrics showed the beauty of the song was equivalent at 17.02%, the beauty of the song was less equivalent at 29.78%, the beauty of the song was not equivalent of 61.70%. 3). The differences of structure caused the incorrect dictions or choice of words and missing words in the translated lyrics.

TL;DR: In this article, a numerical investigation tensile test using ANSYS on three different carbon and alloy sheets of steel has been carried out, and the influences of three different specimen geometries on the stress-strain curve were also investigated.
Abstract: Abstract In this study, a numerical investigation tensile test using ANSYS on three different carbon and alloy sheets of steel: AISI 1030 medium carbon steel, AISI 1080 high carbon steel and high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) A606 steel, has been carried out. The influences of three different specimen geometries on the stress–strain curve were also investigated. Understanding the properties of these materials, such as stress–strain obtained from a tensile test, is important. Materials are subjected to forces or loads when in use, for example, steel in a ship’s hull experiences significant stresses and strains. In such situations, it is necessary to understand the characteristics of the material because grounding or collisions can occur, which deform the materials. The differences in stress and strain obtained from three specimens with different geometries and mesh sizes of 2.5, 5, 7.5, and 10 mm for all proposed steels, were observed. The results showed that the ultimate tensile strength was always lower in specimen 2 compared to the other specimens. Furthermore, the highest von Mises stress and strain contour was located in the midsection of specimens 1 and 3 in all of the proposed materials.

TL;DR: In this article, the chemical bond contained TiO2/dye were characterized using FTIR spectrophotometer and the absorbance spectra results show that carotenoid dyes have peaked in the wavelength range of 400 nm-510 nm.
Abstract: A dye-sensitized solar cell is the third generation of solar cells that can convert solar energy into electrical energy using photo-electrochemical principles. Natural dye extracted from carotenoid pigments such as orange fruits, carrots, and tomatoes. The absorbance of dye and TiO2 were characterized using UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The chemical bond contained TiO2/dye were characterized using FTIR spectrophotometer. The efficiency of DSSC was calculated using I-V meter Keithley. The absorbance spectra results show that carotenoid dyes have peaked in the wavelength range of 400 nm-510 nm. The highest efficiency was obtained from tomatoes dye at 0.03% due to the interaction between TiO2 and carboxyl –OH group. Adsorption of carotenoid dyes on the surface of TiO2 can be used as the photosensitizer for DSSC.
