Abstract: Applying the Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge 21 Century Learning framework during pandemic gives both chances and challenges for English pre-service teachers. Due to the complexity of integrating the TPACK and 21CL skills, many pre-service teachers are not yet equipped with the knowledge. This case study was to investigate twenty English pre-service teachers' TPACK-21CL in Teaching Practicum. The data of this study were collected from lesson plans, reflective journals, and interviews. The findings indicate that (1) pre-service teachers demonstrated varying degrees of the knowledge and practice in designing lesson plan with TPACK-21CL framework; (2) the adoption of the TPACK-21CL framework into lesson plans had a positive impact on English pre-service teachers in terms of solving the problems and learning values. Teacher education programs, especially in a teaching practicum, should afford chances and challenges for English pre-service teachers to develop their TPACK-21CL framework into their lesson plan to effectively integrate technology, pedagogy, and content into their teaching in the future.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to find educational values of Piil Pesenggiri . Qualitative methods are used to describes and analyze of Piil Pesenggiri by collected the books, articles, journals, etc. The findings show that Piil Pesenggiri consists of four pillars; (1) juluk adok , (2) nemui nyimah , (3) nengah nyappor , and (4) sakai sambayan . The four pillars are framing two dimensions; personal and social. The personal dimension relates to being a good people to constructing the self-student and self-respect. The social dimension relates to the solidarity of individual and each other. Based on the analysis, the findings of educational values of Piil Pesenggiri are morality, religiosity, solidarity, and tolerance. It can be used to prevent social problems in human life.

Abstract: Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) is a type of cancer which attacks white blood cells from myeloid. AML has eight subtypes, namely: M0, M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6, and M7. AML subtypes M1, M2 and M3 are affected by the same type of cells, myeloblast , making it needs more detailed analysis to distinguish. To overcome these obstacles, this research is applying digital image processing with Active Contour Without Edge (ACWE) and Momentum Backpropagation artificial neural network for AML subtypes M1, M2 and M3 classification based on the type of the cell. Six features required as training parameters from every cell obtained by using feature extraction. The features are: cell area, perimeter, circularity, nucleus ratio, mean and standard deviation. The results show that ACWE can be used for segmenting white blood cells with 83.789% success percentage of 876 total cell objects. The whole AML slides had been identified according to the cell types predicted number through training with momentum backpropagation. Five times testing calibration with the best parameter generated averages value of 84.754% precision, 75.887% sensitivity, 95.090% specificity and 93.569% accuracy.

Abstract: The using of HOTS questions to stimulate the learners’ thinking skills is essential to meet the challenge of 21 st century. However, we know little about to what extent and what particular aspects of HOTS implemented in Indonesia English National Examination. Therefore, in order to fulfil the gap, the present study attempts to identify the use of HOTS-based questions and what particular skills appearing under HOTS category in English National Examination. We examine one package of each English National Examination from 2013 until 2018. We analyse 210 multiple-choice items in which each examination contain 35 items of reading comprehension. The items are analyzed quantitatively through content analysis based on the aspects of HOTS in Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy. The researchers find that there is insufficient amount of HOTS questions in English National Examination. 157 items classified into the LOTS and only 53 (25.23%) items are classified into HOTS. The second finding is that the level of HOTS included in English National Examination 2013-2018 is only the level of Analyze. The Differentiating and Organizing are the subskills of the aspect of Analyze that are mostly included in all examinations. There is strong evidence for encouraging the test developers to provide adequate portions of HOTS-based items in English National Examination.
