Influencia de los factores intrínsecos en la producción de la voz de docentes de educación básica primaria

Abstract: PURPOSE:the aim of this study is to determine the intrinsic factors affecting the production of the voice of teachers in basic primary.METHODS:conducted an investigation of quantitative approach, correlational non experimental design of cross-section type. Applied an instrument consisting of a questionnaire for self-registration, and the other filled out by the evaluator to 90 teachers belonging to the public school network. The statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software.RESULTS:it was observed that intrinsic factor that influences the vocal production is laryngitis. Other agents are recognized as associated factors, i.e., by if alone do not cause vocal disorders.CONCLUSIONS:teachers are a population of difficult access and little interested in their vocal health. This study allowed identifying cofactors in the pathogenesis of vocal disorders and establishes priority intervention thereof, i.e. the approach should be aimed at the Elimination of triggers and the associated mitigation.

El Buen vivir y el Sumak Kawsay: dos filosofías en disputa. Aproximaciones al caso ecuatoriano y al caso colombiano

Evaluación de la turbiedad como parámetro indicador del tratamiento en una planta potabilizadora municipal

Abstract: espanolSatisfacer la normatividad para suministro de agua apta para consumo humano es uno de los principales objetivos de las plantas potabilizadoras. Lo anterior, dada la contaminacion de las fuentes de abastecimiento y a los cambios climaticos que ponen en riesgo los componentes del sistema en general. Este articulo analiza la turbidez como parametro indicador del proceso de potabilizacion en una planta municipal, mediante la determinacion del nivel de correlacion que presenta la turbidez con otros parametros y de acuerdo con los registros historicos entre los anos 2011 y 2015. Asi, mediante la toma de muestras y pruebas al afluente y efluente que se realiza periodicamente en la planta para medir la calidad del agua entregada a la comunidad, se determinan los niveles de los parametros de calidad del agua y tambien se calculan los coeficientes de correlacion lineal de Pearson entre estos. Concluyendo, que la turbidez presenta una correlacion lineal positiva significativa con coliformes fecales (r = 0,70), coliformes totales (r = 0,40) y color aparente (r = 0,40). Adicionalmente, la turbiedad y coliformes fecales muestran las mejores correlaciones, presentando dos modelos de regresion lineal para el pronostico de cada variable. EnglishTo satisfy the regulations for water supply suitable for human consumption is one of the main objectives of the drinking water treatment plants. The above, given the pollution of the supply sources and the climatic changes that put at risk the components of the system in general. This paper analyzes the turbidity as an indicator parameter of the purification process in a municipal plant, by determining the level of correlation that the turbidity shows with other parameters and according to historical records between the years 2011 and 2015. Thus, by sampling and testing the influent and effluent that is periodically performed for the plant to measure the water quality supplied to the community it is possible to determine the levels of the water quality parameters, and are also calculated the Pearson’s linear correlation coefficients between these. In conclusion, turbidity shows a significant positive linear correlation with fecal coliforms (r = 0.70), total coliforms (r = 0.40), and apparent color (r = 0.40). Additionally, turbidity and fecal coliforms show the best correlations, offering two linear regression models for the forecast of each variable.

Sistema inteligente para la detección de diálogos con posibles contenidos pedofílicos | Intelligent System for Detecting Dialogues with Possible Pedophilic Contents | Système intelligent pour la détection de dialogues avec possibles contenus pédophiles

Abstract: El comportamiento pedofilico en internet presenta un crecimiento peligroso para la infancia. Los gobiernos en su interes por controlar este delito han usado muchas estrategias, dentro de las cuales se destacan dos: la primera es usar paginas ficticias que hacen el papel de senuelo para detectar usuarios pedofilos, y la segunda utilizar agentes de policia, que haciendose pasar por ninos logran atraer y enganar a los pedofilos para despues arrestarlos, pero estas soluciones requieren de mucho personal calificado y generan problemas psicologicos en las personas que participan. Se presentan los resultados de investigacion relacionados con la construccion de un clasificador automatico utilizando tecnicas de aprendizaje supervisado y de procesamiento de lenguaje natural, adicionalmente la implementacion en un agente software para monitorear en forma automatica las conversaciones con posible contenido pedofilo en salas de chat, como herramienta para las entidades encargadas de la proteccion de la infancia. University quality measurement model based on balanced scorecard

Abstract: A Higher Education Institution (HEI) has the responsibility to track the processes through indicators that guarantee the measurement of the results in almost real time. This article presents the design of a management and quality model of the processes in a university, through the integration of a Balance Scorecard (BSC) and the implementation of an information system. For which it was required: a review of existing tracing and monitoring systems in the academic sector, definition of the requirements of the proposed technological, a diagnosis of the current measurement system of the HEI analyzed, identify measurement indicators and develop a technological tool. The designed model presents a precise and clear methodological guide that can be replicated in any HEI to monitor its processes.
