TL;DR: The secure architecture for cloud is proposed which is going to map some cloud security issues that are authentication of user, confidentiality, privacy, access control and checking the integrity of data.
Abstract: Todays world is of cloud computing, cloud service provider (CSP) provides different resources and services to the user anytime anywhere over the internet. Due to this feature of cloud maintain security over cloud is complex. Cloud computing security issue are authentication of user, nonrepudiation, authority, confidentiality, privacy, availability, access control and checking the integrity of data. Here we have proposed the secure architecture for cloud which is going to map some cloud security issues that are authentication of user, confidentiality, privacy, access control and checking the integrity of data. For authentication of user system uses One Time Password (OTP), for data integrity check system uses modified SHA-2 hash function. This modified version of SHA-2 will provide better solution for PreImage attack and Collision attack and for encryption and decryption system uses standard Advanced Encryption Standards (AES) algorithm.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors evaluated the capacity of micro hydropower plants (MHPPs) and the expected value of the annual power generation of the MHPPs, the duration curve is then plotted.
Abstract: Energy generation is one of the major key factors for economic and social development in all the developed and developing nations of the world. Adequate amount of energy generation in a sustainable manner is a major challenge in the present energy scenario. Fast depleting fossils fuels and their environmental effects forces to look towards renewable sources for sustainable development. Micro hydropower plants are emerging as a major renewable energy resource today as they do not encounter the problems of population displacement and environmental problems associated with the large hydro power plants. Hydro power plants convert potential energy of water into electricity. The water after generating electrical power is available for irrigation and other purposes. In this paper the work is carried out for evaluating Micro hydro power plants (MHPP) generation availability that can be applied to generation systems reliability and to generation planning studies. It considers the uncertainties of rivers inflows and generation unit operation. While calculating the capacity of power plant to be installed at these sites, it is assumed that there will be water reservation for irrigation and other application also. The expected value of the annual power generation of the MHPP, the duration curve is then plotted.

TL;DR: This paper provides an implementation approaches for various categories of QAS such as Closed Domain based QAS, Open Domain basedQAS, WEBBASED QAs, Information Retrieval or Information Extraction (IR/IE) based Qas, and Rule based QAs which will be helpful for new directions of research in this area.
Abstract: Search engines can return ranked documents as a result for any query from which the user struggle to navigate and search the correct answer. This process wastes user's navigation time and due to this the need for automated question answering systems becomes more urgent. We need such a system which is capable of replying the exact and concise answer to the question posed in natural language. The best way to address this problem is use of Question answering systems (QAS). The basic aim of QAS is to provide short and correct answer to the user saving his/her navigation time. The concept of Natural Language Processing plays an important role in developing any QAS. This paper provides an implementation approaches for various categories of QAS such as Closed Domain based QAS, Open Domain based QAS, WEBBASED QAS, Information Retrieval or Information Extraction (IR/IE) based QAS, and Rule based QAS which will be helpful for new directions of research in this area.

TL;DR: The channel estimation based on comb type pilot arrangement through different algorithms for estimating channel at pilot frequencies is investigated and the performances of channel estimation algorithm is compared by measuring bit error rate vs. SNR with 16QAM modulation schemes.
Abstract: A multiple-input multiple (MIMO) communication system combined with the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) modulation technique can achieve reliable high data rate transmission over broadband wireless channels. The channel estimation based on comb type pilot arrangement through different algorithms for estimating channel at pilot frequencies is investigated in this paper. The estimation of channel at pilot frequencies is based on LS and MMSE channel estimation algorithm. We have compared the performances of channel estimation algorithm by measuring bit error rate vs. SNR with 16QAM modulation schemes. MMSE estimation has been shown to perform much better than LS but is more complex than LS for the MIMO
