TL;DR: Assessing the prevalence of complications and responses to various antihypertensive drug therapies in ethnic minority groups in the United States finds that Asian American responses to calcium antagonists seem to be more favorable than responses to ACE inhibitors and equivalent to their responses to diuretic and beta blocker therapy.
