TL;DR: In this article, the authors analyzed three fields from the HerMES program in all three SPIRE bands (250, 350, and 500 microns) and derived parameterized galaxy number count models to a depth of 2 mJy/beam, approximately 4 times the depth of previous analyses at these wavelengths.
Journal ArticleDOI
Morphological Fractions of Galaxies in WINGS Clusters: revisiting the Morphology-Density Paradigm
Giovanni Fasano,Bianca M. Poggianti,Daniela Bettoni,Mauro D'Onofrio,Alan Dressler,Benedetta Vulcani,Alessia Moretti,Marco Gullieuszik,Jacopo Fritz,Jacopo Fritz,Alessandro Omizzolo,Antonio Cava,Warrick J. Couch,M. Ramella,Andrea Biviano +14 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the morphology-density and morphology-radius relations (T-Sigma and T-R, respectively) were obtained from the WIde-field Nearby Galaxy-cluster Survey (WINGS) data base of galaxies in nearby clusters.

TL;DR: In this paper, the H2O 202-111 emission line was detected at a redshift of z = 2.3049+/-0.0006, with a flux of 7.8+/- 0.5 Jy km s-1 and a FWHM of 250+/-60 km s -1.
Journal ArticleDOI
The star formation activity in cosmic voids
TL;DR: In this article, the properties of galaxies living in voids are compared with those of those living in the void shells and with a control sample, representing the general galaxy population, using a sample of cosmic voids identified in the Sloan Digital Sky Survey Data Release 7, and the star formation activity of void galaxies.
