Journal ArticleDOI
Minimal information about T cell assays: the process of reaching the community of T cell immunologists in cancer and beyond.
Cedrik M. Britten,Sylvia Janetzki,S.H. van der Burg,Christoph Huber,Michael Kalos,Hyam I. Levitsky,Holden T. Maecker,C. J. M. Melief,Jill O'Donnell-Tormey,Kunle Odunsi,Lloyd J. Old,Graham Pawelec,Bart O. Roep,Pedro Romero,Axel Hoos,Mark M. Davis +15 more
TL;DR: The approach taken in the Minimal Information About T Cell Assays (MIATA) project can be generically applied to projects in which a broad consensus has to be reached among scientists working in fragmented fields, such as immunology.
Journal ArticleDOI
Computational resources for high-dimensional immune analysis from the Human Immunology Project Consortium.
TL;DR: Computational resources for high-dimensional immune analysis from the Human Immunology Project Consortium are provided.
Journal ArticleDOI
Topology and affinity of T-cell receptor mediated recognition of peptide-MHC complexes
Mark M. Davis,Yueh-hsiu Chien +1 more
TL;DR: Early data suggest that the affinity of the T-cell receptor for the peptide-MHC complex is extremely low, with a KD of approximately 10(-4)-10(-5)M, much weaker than most antibody-antigen interactions.
Journal ArticleDOI
Early non-neutralizing, afucosylated antibody responses are associated with COVID-19 severity
Saborni Chakraborty,Joseph C. Gonzalez,B. L. Sievers,Vamsee Mallajosyula,S. Chakraborty,M. Dubey,Usama Ashraf,Bowie Yik Ling Cheng,Nimish D. Kathale,Kim Q.t. Nadeau,Bali Pulendran,Upinder Singh,Aruna Subramanian,Paul J. Utz,Robert Sherwood,Shuang Zhang,Prasanna Jagannathan,Gene S. Tan,Taia T. Wang +41 more
TL;DR: An in vivo model revealed that human IgG–Fc-gamma receptor (FcγR) interactions could regulate inflammation in the lung and define distinct lung activities mediated by the IgG that are associated with protection against, or progression to, severe COVID-19.
Journal ArticleDOI
Quantifying signaling-induced reorientation of T cell receptors during immunological synapse formation.
TL;DR: A 3D fluorescence quantitation method is used to show that T cell receptors are recruited in bulk within the first minute after the onset of activation and with velocities significantly greater than unrestricted diffusion.
