Assessing the potential impact of the CO2 performance ladder on the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions in the Netherlands

TL;DR: In this article, the authors assess the potential impact of the CO2 Performance Ladder on the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions in the Netherlands, and the projected impact of reaching these targets on CO2 emissions is a total CO2 emission reduction in the range of a 0.8-1.5%/yr, with the most likely value of 1.3% /yr.
