Global sea-level budget 1993 - present

Anny Cazenave, +89 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present estimates of the altimetry-based global mean sea level (average variance of 3.1 +/- 0.3 mm/yr and acceleration of 0.1 mm/r2 over 1993-present), as well as of the different components of the sea level budget over 2005-present, using GRACE-based ocean mass estimates.
Journal ArticleDOI

Soil-Atmosphere Exchange of N2O and NO in Near-Natural Savanna and Agricultural Land in Burkina Faso (W. Africa)

TL;DR: In a combined field and laboratory study in the southwest of Burkina Faso, this paper quantified soil-atmosphere N2O and NO exchange during two field campaigns throughout the growing seasons 2005 and 2006 at five different experimental sites, that is, a natural savanna site and four agricultural sites planted with sorghum (n = 2), cotton and peanut.
Journal ArticleDOI

Diurnal, seasonal, and interannual variation in carbon dioxide and energy exchange in shrub savanna in Burkina Faso (West Africa)

TL;DR: In this article, energy and carbon dioxide exchange was measured over a 2-year period using the eddy covariance technique at a southern Sudanian savanna site in Burkina Faso that was not subject to human disturbances except for annual burning.
