Correction to “Measurements of air-sea gas exchange at high wind speeds in the Southern Ocean: Implications for global parameterizations”
TL;DR: Ho et al. as discussed by the authors introduced an error in production in the second sentence of the second paragraph of section 3.3. The correct sentence is as follows: This was accomplished by examining the second moment of the wind velocity and deriving an enhancement factor e = u10/u10 2 [Wanninkhof et al., 2004].

Gas exchange rates between air and sea
TL;DR: In this article, the average film thickness for the world ocean based on the distribution of natural radiocarbon, bomb-produced radioccarbon, and radon are in good agreement, and Radon data from the BOMEX area and from station PAPA lend support to Kanwisher's suggestion that gas exchange rates should vary in proportion to the square of the wind velocity.
