Regioselective Synthesis, Antimicrobial Evaluation and QSAR Studies of Some 3‐Aryl‐1‐heteroarylindeno[1,2‐c]pyrazol‐4(1H)‐ones

TL;DR: The radial distribution function parameters were found to be important for description of activities against the modeled strains in quantitative structure–activity relationship studies.
Journal ArticleDOI

Cu-catalysed pyrazole synthesis in continuous flow

TL;DR: In this paper, the synthesis of 1,4-disubstituted pyrazoles via the cycloaddition reaction of sydnones and terminal alkynes has been achieved employing silica-supported copper catalysts.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthetic Routes to 3(5)-Phosphonylated Pyrazoles

TL;DR: A review comprehensively covers the currently available synthetic routes to 3(5)-phosphonylated pyrazoles can be found in this article, where the potential of cyclocondensation of organophosphorus 1,3-dielectrophilic compounds with hydrazines is shown.
Journal ArticleDOI

Tandem synthesis of highly functionalized pyrazole derivatives from terminal alkynes, sulfonyl azides, diethyl azadicarboxylate, and sodium arylsulfinates

TL;DR: The reaction between ketenimine intermediates, diethyl azadicarboxylate, and sodium arylsulfinates in N, N-dimethylformamide at room temperature affords ethyl 2,3-dihydro-3-oxo-4-phenyl-2-tosyl-5-(tosylamino)pyrazole-1-carboxylates in moderate-to-good yields.
