Genuine correlations of like-sign particles in hadronic Z0 decays

G. Anagnostou, +279 more
- 20 Dec 2001 -
TL;DR: In this article, the authors studied the correlation among hadrons with the same electric charge produced in Z0 decays using the high statistics data collected from 1991 through 1995 with the OPAL detector at LEP Normalized factorial cumulants up to fourth order are used to measure genuine particle correlations as a function of the size of phase space domains in rapidity, azimuthal angle and transverse momentum.

Study of the Y (4260) resonance in e+ e- collisions with initial state radiation at Belle

Kazuo Abe, +298 more
Journal ArticleDOI

Measurement of cross-sections and asymmetries in e + e - collisions at 130-140 GeV centre-of-mass energy

Gideon Alexander, +347 more
- 23 May 1996 -
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors measured the cross-sections and leptonic forward-backward asymmetries of hadronic and lepton events with different energy levels at the OPAL detector at LEP.
Journal ArticleDOI

Search for nonpointing photons in the diphoton and E-T(miss) final state in root s=7 TeV proton-proton collisions using the ATLAS detector

Georges Aad, +2900 more
- 01 Jul 2013 -
TL;DR: In this paper, a search for photons originating in the decay of a neutral long-lived particle was performed, exploiting the capabilities of the ATLAS electromagnetic calorimeter to make precise measurements of the flight direction of photons, as well as the calorimeters excellent time resolution.
