Synthesis, x-ray structure, electrochemical and electronic properties of [3-(pyridin-2-yl)-4-methyl-1,2,4-triazole-bis(2-(2′-phenylato)pyridine)-iridium(III)] hexafluorophosphate

TL;DR: In this paper, a new orthometalated iridium(III) complex [Ir(ppy)2(4mptr)](PF6) with ppy= 2-(2′-phenylato)pyridine and 4mptr= 4-methyl-3-(pyridin-2-yl)-l,2,4-triazole has been synthesised and characterised by X-ray structure analysis, NMR spectroscopy, electrochemical measurements, UV-Vis absorption, and emission spectroscoda.
Journal ArticleDOI

Automated parallel solid-phase synthesis and anticancer screening of a library of peptide-tethered platinum(II) complexes.

TL;DR: The automated parallel solid-phase synthesis of a 36-member library of peptide-tethered platinum(II) complexes is described, and all seven complexes have an IC(50) above 100 microM, confirming the results generated by the assay at 100 and 10 microM of the crude reaction products.
Journal ArticleDOI

Two pyrazolato-bridged, linear trinuclear Cu(II) complexes. Crystal structures and magnetic properties

TL;DR: The single-crystal X-ray structures of two new linear trinuclear copper(II) complexes of 3,5-pyrazoledicarboxylic acid (H3L) are reported in this article.
