Journal ArticleDOI
The First Observation and Full Characterization of All Atropisomers and Their Allowed Interconversions in an Octahedral Bis(bipyridine)ruthenium(II) Complex with Two Lopsided Bicyclic Ligands, as Studied by 2D NMR Techniques at Variable Temperature.
TL;DR: Using 2D NMR techniques the complete structural characterization of the three atropisomers was done and their interconversion as a function of temperature was studied from fast (50 °C) to slow exchange (−95 °C).
Journal ArticleDOI
How to name new chemical elements (IUPAC Recommendations 2016)
TL;DR: The PAC-REP project 2015-031-1-200 project as discussed by the authors was conducted in the framework of the IUPAC project 2015: 1-200 on IUPACH.
Journal ArticleDOI
Metal-uptake behaviour by a novel pyrazole-containing ligand immobilised on to poly(glycidyl methacrylate-co-trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate)
TL;DR: In this article, a pyrazole-containing ligand 5-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-l-yl)-3-thiapentylamine (dptpa) has been anchored on to poly(glycidyl methacrylate-co-trimethylolpropane trimethacyl) by ring-opening reaction of the pendant epoxy groups with the amine.
Journal ArticleDOI
Co-ordination compounds with the N2S-donor ligand 1,5-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-3-thiapentane
TL;DR: In this article, the structure of 1,5-bis(3-5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-3-thiapentane (bdtp) was determined.
Journal ArticleDOI
Co(II), Ni(II), and Zn(II) compounds of the new tridentate ligand N,N-bis(2-ethyl-5-methyl-imidazol-4-ylmethyl)aminopropane (biap). X-ray structures of biap·H2O, [Co(biap)(NCS)(OAc)], [Ni(biap)(NCS)(OAc)], [Ni(biap)(NCS)2(MeCN)](MeCN), and [Ni(biap)2](BF4)2(EtOH)
Elisabeth Bouwman,Bénédicte Douziech,Lucia Gutierrez-Soto,Michela Beretta,Willem L. Driessen,Jan Reedijk,Guillermo Mendoza-Dı́az +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, the tridentate ligand N,N-bis(2-ethyl-5-methyl-imidazol-4-ylmethyl)-aminopropane (biap) was used to synthesize transition metal coordination compounds.
