Simulation of Drosophila Boundary Cell Formation in Forced-Expression of Notch Δ E
TL;DR: This study improved the parameters in order to approximate the experimental observations and tried to simulate new patterns resulting from forced-expression of Notch in collaboration with biologists, and could construct the new model closer to biological phenomena and obtain several simulation patterns of forced- expressions only by manipulating the parameters.

TL;DR: It is suggested that mutated genes located in CDRs can be pathogenic due to haploinsufficiency of WT genes and heterozygous mutations, among those on del7/7q, cases with wild type forms of corresponding genes showed decreased expression.

TL;DR: In this article , the authors investigated clinically meaningful phenotypes in Japanese COVID-19 patients using cluster analysis, and successfully performed the first phenotyping of COVID19 patients in Japan, which was clinically useful in predicting important outcomes, despite the simplicity of the cluster analysis method that does not use complex variables.
