A Simple Greedy Algorithm for Finding Functional Relations: Efficient Implementation and Average Case Anaylsis
TL;DR: This paper shows an efficient implementation of a greedy algorithm that is specialized for inference of functional relations from relational databases and shows that the algorithm can find an exact solution for simple functions if input data for each function are generated uniformly at random and the size of the domain is bounded by a constant.

Does Twitter Trigger Bursts in Signature Collections
TL;DR: A statistical model with state-space modeling framework is developed that distinguishes the contributions of multiple social media in time-series of collected public opinions and found that a considerable portion of the signatures was affected from either of the social media throughout the campaign.
