TL;DR: The result of the trial revealed low fat, crude fibre and sodium in the three snails, while their levels of protein compared with other conventional sources.
Abstract: This trial was conducted to determine the proximate and chemical composition of three common species of snails in Nigeria. The species were Archachatina marginata (T 1 ), Achatina achatina (T 2 ), and Achatina fulica (T 3 ). The three species constituted the three treatments and thirty-six adult snails were used for this trial (twelve snails in each treatment). They were randomly allotted to individual treatment and placed on a ration with 24% crude protein and 2600 kcal/kg M. E. for four weeks, for physiological stability and to minimize source effect. The outcome of the proximate and chemical analysis revealed no significant variation (p>0.05) in the proximate and chemical analysis parameters in the three species of snails (p>0.05), such as Dry matter, Crude protein, Crude fibre, Ether extract, Ash and Nitrogen free extract. Likewise mineral salts like Calcium, Iron and Phosphorus. The Sodium content of the foot and shell were significantly different from each other (p 2 having the lowest Sodium content. The result of the trial revealed low fat, crude fibre and sodium in the three snails, while their levels of protein compared with other conventional sources. TL;DR: In this article, the authors adopted the narrative review approach that seeks to give an understanding of current knowledge on the rationale of metalwork craft, the concept of entrepreneurship education, school-based enterprise and their usefulness for graduates' employment and productivity in Nigerian.
Abstract: The problems of unemployment and poverty among technical education graduates require students to develop employability skills. One way of solving these problems is through the effective teaching of entrepreneurship education, especially at technical-based higher institutions. The research adopted the narrative review approach that seeks to give an understanding of current knowledge on the rationale of metalwork craft, the concept of entrepreneurship education, school-based enterprise and their usefulness for graduates’ employment and productivity in Nigerian. The review showed that entrepreneurship education in the Nigerian higher education institutions seems to be more about creating entrepreneurship awareness, as against the practical approach, which is a means for developing entrepreneurship skills. Some challenges were highlighted that impede the successful implementation of entrepreneurship studies in Nigeria and recommendations made towards the practical realization of entrepreneurship education in our higher institutions.

TL;DR: In this paper, the determinants of loan repayment among small-scale cassava farmers in Akpabuyo Local Government Area of Cross River State, Nigeria were investigated using simple descriptive statistics, multiple regression and likert scale.
Abstract: This study investigated the determinants of loan repayment among small-scale cassava farmers in Akpabuyo Local Government Area of Cross River State, Nigeria. Data were collected with structured questionnaire from 160 randomly selected farmers. Data were analyzed using simple descriptive statistics, multiple regression and likert scale. Results showed that males were dominant (56.6%) in cassava production and majority (37.5%) were between 41-50 years. About 50% had farm income of less than N100,000.00 while about 46.3% had less than N50,000.00 as their off-farm income. Also, the results found that majority (44.4%) obtained loans from informal sources. Factors that significantly affected loan repayment include off-farm income and interest rate (p ≤ 0.05) and farm income (p ≤ 0.05). The major causes of loan diversion were seasonal activities in the agricultural sector (66.9%) and inadequate sustainable income (65.6%) among others. The major constraints faced by the farmers in terms of loan repayment were high interest rate and short period of repayment among others. Government should encourage the formal loan sources to open branches in the rural areas for easy loan accessibility by farmers and to obtain loan with moderate interest rate.

TL;DR: In this paper, the toxicity of industrial effluent from Odua Textile Mill, Ado-Ekiti on Oreochromis niloticus fingerlings was investigated.
Abstract: The toxicity of industrial effluent from Odua Textile Mill, Ado-Ekiti on Oreochromis niloticus fingerlings was investigated. The fingerlings were exposed to increasing concentrations of the effluent in spring and pond water respectively. The mean lethal concentration (LC50) of the effluent in spring and pond water was 24.00mg/L and 31.2mg/L respectively. Mortality were significantly different (P<0.05) in the source of water used. No mortality was recorded for the control (0.00mg/L) and 12.00mg/L respectively for the spring and pond water. That indicated that fingerlings in spring water were more tolerant to industrial effluent than those in pond water.

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of collision on the onset of stationary cells diminishes for optical thin non-grey plasma-near steady state in the galactic center with the presence of an incline magnetic field.
Abstract: This paper presents unsteady state of a radiating partially-ionized plasma in the galactic center the present of incline magnetic field. is investigated with the influence of collision frequency and radiative flow.We modified chandrasekher,Drazin andRied method is used in solving the eigenvalue problem with two-dimensional disturbances for the case of stationaryconvection .Radiation present on the onset of thermal unsteadying is found .to have an unsteady state effect for even avery small radiation parameter of the order concentration gradient on the other hand has a steady state effect on the system. The effect of collision on the onset of stationary cells diminishes for optical thin non-grey plasma-near steady state. This is of relevant and very important in cosmic ray physics as the interaction between the ionized and neutral gas componentrepresents a state which often exists in the universe.
