TL;DR: The design and implementation of a Belief Rule Based Expert System (BRBES) to overcome the uncertainty problems during bank security assessment and provides more reliable and effective result under uncertainties which is better than any other traditional expert's prediction.
Abstract: Surveillance is the monitoring of the behavior, activities or other changing information whereas security means the state of being protected from harmful activities. Nowadays proper surveillance security is considered as a challenging issue in the world and security has become a major concern from real life to virtual life. Tech-giants are implementing new solutions & techniques for better security assessment. This paper illustrates the design and implementation of a Belief Rule Based Expert System (BRBES) to overcome the uncertainty problems during bank security assessment. The proposed expert system has been developed based on generic Belief Rule Based (BRB) inference methodology using Evidential Reasoning algorithm (RIMER). Real-time security data has been taken from several banks of Bangladesh in conjunction with the expert's opinion to construct the knowledge base. This expert system provides more reliable and effective result under uncertainties which is better than any other traditional expert's prediction. Real life case studies were used for the validation of this system. Also, the outcome is compared with the real-life security system. Furthermore, the architectural design, implementation and utilization of an expert system to assess bank security under uncertainty are also discussed in this paper.

TL;DR: A small micro hydro module that can harness energy from falling water source which is a renewable energy source, indigenous and non-polluting, and the design of alternator conducted by analyzing both turn and magnet optimization.
Abstract: This paper propose a small micro hydro module that can harness energy from falling water source which is a renewable energy source, indigenous and non-polluting. The design prototype includes a small handmade single phase AC generator constructed with four neodymium magnets that coupled with the turbine via shaft. The design of alternator conducted by analyzing both turn and magnet optimization. The designed system has been implemented for different water sources, its feasibility and gathered results has been analyzed graphically. Finally, it compared with theoretical values.

TL;DR: An android based system through which people can get facilitation during natural calamities and also a feature of emergency alert service through which an auto-message is dispatched to some emergency contact numbers is developed.
Abstract: Natural calamity is one of the major issues that works as a hindrance in the progression of an underdeveloped country like Bangladesh. The clutch of destructive natural disasters terribly attack millions of people and their property in almost every year. To mitigate such disruption, we developed an android based system through which people can get facilitation during natural calamities. The proposed system can help a user by generating weather update, nearby cyclone centers, hospitals, police and fire stations and also pointing those locations along with direction on the map. The user can also share his current location by SMS and the location map through image sending functionality. In addition, the user can see different reports (both in map and as a custom list view) submitted by the other users about unconventional incidents prevailed in any particular location and can also post a report on any escapade if he wants. The system has also a feature of emergency alert service through which an auto-message is dispatched to some emergency contact numbers.

TL;DR: The translation of right to information into law has to be done considering a number of principles which are required to be addressed in the law as mentioned in this paper, and an analysis of to what extent those principles are reflected in the right-to-information law of Bangladesh.
Abstract: Today's knowledge based world is now resonating with the call for meaningful democracy backed by transparency and accountability in the state engine and people’s right of access to information has gained a great importance. In a modern democratic state, the right to information, more popularly described as the ‘right to know,’ is an indispensable prerequisite. There is no denying the fact that the notion of freedom of thought, of conscience, of speech and rule of law become worthless if the people are deprived of access to information. There appears to have been a universal recognition of the demand and necessity for the establishment of people’s right of access to information. The experience in other countries suggests that this scenario can be changed by empowering people with right to information or freedom of information. The translation of right to information into law has to be done considering a number of principles which are required to be addressed in the law. The article presents an overview of the concept of right to information and attempts to discuss the principles underpinning right to information along with an analysis of to what extent those principles are reflected in the right to information law of Bangladesh. TL;DR: An MIS system is developed for breast cancer detection using six highly directive Vivaldi antennas that are uniformly placed over the whole breast phantom to detect the tumor.
Abstract: Breast cancer is the second most common disease throughout the world, more than 1.8 million new breast cancer cases diagnosed every year worldwide. Early detection and treatment of breast cancer can be survived up to 97%. X-ray mammography, Ultra-sound system, and MRI techniques are widely used detection system. But X-ray mammography and Ultra-sound system have high false diagnose rate. MRI is the most effective one to detect the tumor but very expensive, sometimes unreachable to the low-income people. On the other hand, Microwave imaging technique is non-invasive and harmless alternative of mammography. It includes transmission of low levels of microwave vitality through the tissues. In this research, an MIS system is developed for breast cancer detection using six highly directive Vivaldi antennas that are uniformly placed over the whole breast phantom. The designed antenna obtained operating band at 3.04 GHz to 3.30 GHz with peak gain of 4.1 dB. The antennas are used as transponder to transmit signal and received backscattered signals. Antenna one transmits signal and other antennas receive the signal. The received backscattered signals are converted to digital data and processed using MATLAB software to visualize the image to detect the tumor.
