Abstract: The quality of the watermarking technique greatly depends on the selection of the watermark structure and insertion strategy. In the problem of watermarking, the involved two main constraints are those of maintaining the robustness of the watermark information while keeping the visual perception of the original image intact. For this purpose, the most important properties are robustness and invisibility. The main objective of the proposed algorithm is to improve the perceptual quality of the watermarked image without violating its robustness against the different attacks. The host image is being divided into four non-overlapping multi-resolution sub-bands by applying Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT). In the proposed algorithm, horizontal detail region of the host image is being chosen for embedding the watermark. The DWT is also applied to the watermark and its approximation region is chosen to embed into the host image as this region has the most visual perceptual quality for human eyes. At the same time, the approximation of the host image found after 3-level DWT is added to the approximation region of the watermark before embedding. As the level of DWT increased, an image is being decomposed into much lower frequency. The approximation after 3-level DWT contains a very low frequency and high amplitude value. So, in this region image, quality is almost same to the original image. This will make the host image more noticeable than the watermark image and increase imperceptibility of the watermark. A secret key is used for embedding and the same key is used in the extraction process. The proposed method may become robust against the different attacks, such as JPEG compression, salt and pepper noise, Gaussian noise, speckle noise, Poisson noise, contrast adjustment, and different filtering, etc.

Abstract: Sound growth of a human being pivots around his sound health required not only for a human being himself, but also for the entire society and thus the State itself. It is one of Economic, Social and Cultural rights otherwise conceded as basic need which a State is legally committed to ensure its citizens. In addition to international obligation, there are around 45 domestic laws in force in Bangladesh providing for health in any way or the other and to serve the purpose, and the government accordingly takes various steps expected to be duly targeted to place the people in the position to have an affordable and easy access to the health service. But uncertainty in authoritatively determining the concrete elements of health, insufficiency of the health facilities and budget allocation for health service, non-accountability of health professionals, corruption, profit motivated health care service, lack of political will and mass-participation in the health administration, preference of unproductive sector, and extreme difference in terms of economic status are inter alia the key factors to narrow it down to the extent enough to leave the commitment amounting to obligation on the part of the State and the expectation to right possessed by the people to remain a mere rhetoric. Abstract: Power system stability is becoming an essential issue to the power system engineers due to the increasing penetration of intermittent RE generations into the electricity grid. The problem of voltage stability in modern power systems is a matter of system limits and voltage failure, which affects the voltage efficiency of the grid. Several vital blackouts caused by the instability of the power system have demonstrated the significance of this phenomenon. Therefore, this paper proposes a new model for improving the voltage stability of the power systems using pulse width modulation (PWM) technique along with voltage source converter and pulse width modulation IGBT inverter. The proposed model is simulated using Matlab Simulink. The results show that even though output voltage fluctuates at 1 second due to the addition of intermittent loads but it can regain its stable position instantly due to the smooth operation of the proposed model. Also, the THD of the output voltage is about 0.52%, which indicates that harmonic distortion reduced considerably.

Abstract: Geographic location selection for river bridge construction is one of the most challenging tasks because it has to deal with both numerical data and qualitative information with uncertainty. Organizational self-assessment, ensuring safety, risk measurement, supplier appraisal and many other things depend on a proper Geo-location selection. River bridge site selection is such an example in which multiple attributes; both qualitative and quantitative criteria have to be analyzed for selecting a proper bridge location. This paper demonstrates the application of a novel method named Evidential Reasoning (ER), which is a Multi Criteria Decision Analysis method applied for decision making where many criteria have to be explicitly considered for making decision. ER approach is capable for addressing the uncertainty of multi-criteria decision problem, where there exist factors of both subjective and quantitative nature. It handles uncertainties by using a degree belief structure. The evidential reasoning approach helps in aggregating degree of belief from lower level attributes to higher level attributes. To conduct the experiments of this work, Geo-location selection for The Padma Bridge construction in Bangladesh is taken as research domain and the experiment results and analysis are discussed in this paper.

Abstract: Ni0.1Mn0.4Cu0.2Cd0.3Fe2O4 has been planned to prepare by the sol-gel auto combustion procedure. From the frequency 20 Hz to the frequency 15 MHz, dielectric properties, electric modulus, impedance spectroscopy, and ac conductivity has been documented with the help of an impedance analyzer. From the graph of the real dielectric part, it has been viewed that the dielectric constant value reduces with the boost of frequency that can be elucidated through Maxwell and Wagner's two-layer theory. A lucid peak has been found in the graph of the imaginary electric modulus part that is the clear distinction between two conduction regions in the frequency area. In the impedance spectroscopy, high impedance has been monitored in the low-frequency section. Enhance of ac conductivity in the high-frequency section reveals the activity of grains over grain boundary.
