01 Dec 2019TL;DR: This work has built an employee performance model by selecting a set of criteria and sub-criteria such as subjective knowledge & professional achievement, research aptitude, personal skill, management skill, and took opinions from managers of renowned IT companies.
Abstract: The number of people engaging in IT services is increasing as technology has a significant impact on day to day life that needs more expert, dedicated, disciplined employees, which lead to the term of maintaining standard employee performance. In our work, we proposed a framework by which IT company management can evaluate its employee performance. We have built an employee performance model by selecting a set of criteria and sub-criteria such as subjective knowledge & professional achievement, research aptitude, personal skill, management skill. We took opinions from managers of renowned IT companies. Afterward, Fuzzy AHP method is used to rank the factors and sub-factors, having an impact on the employee to evaluate his performance. DEMATEL also used to observe the relationships of criteria. Finally, an evaluation framework is built to determine the performance of an IT employee.

01 Dec 2016TL;DR: The main purpose of this paper is the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) clustering exploitation by the help of Wavelet and Bi-dimensional Empirical Mode Decomposition (BEMD) as for the aim of improving the eminence of MR noisy images.
Abstract: Segmentation of images means a great matter for the medical field treatment purpose. For the extraction of brain polyps, magnetic resonance image (MRI) processing contributes in a wide range. Usually it works in two ways: white matter and gray matter. The extraction of any type of issues helps in submissions of image segmentation like in medical report analysis, in preparation of radiotherapy, in formation of medical treatment etc. The main purpose of this paper is the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) clustering exploitation by the help of Wavelet and Bi-dimensional Empirical Mode Decomposition (BEMD), as for the aim of improving the eminence of MR noisy images. To gain the best image segmentation method, in this paper the signal to noise ratio (SNR) rates were calculated by the data set of FCM clustering. As in the medical term of MRI segmentation, the experiment has done with synthetic WEB Images of brain that has verified the robustness and proved with efficiency with the applicable approach.

19 Dec 2020TL;DR: In this paper, a wearable system for blinds under indoor conditions, which can be mounted on a jacket, portable, lightweight, and user friendly as well as the optimum solution is introduced.
Abstract: Visually impaired people meet several difficulties such as freedom of navigation inability, informing location, obstacle or sudden danger, and many more. None can erase this worst feeling. However, our fundamental aim of this project is to introduce a wearable system for blinds under indoor conditions, which can be mounted on a jacket, portable, lightweight, and user friendly as well as the optimum solution. Such behaviours engender a new prototype and a part of nascent technological improvement. The system comprises Raspberry Pi, three ultrasonic sensors, camera module, vibration motor, gyroscope, emergency button, and mobile application for android, namely ‘Blynk’. Raspberry Pi acts as a ‘Central Processing Unit (CPU)’, connected with each part. Among them, ultrasonic sensors detect any blockage within 400 cm and send an alert through the headpiece when it appears within 30 cm. Camera module read frame by frame, identify the person standing in front and recognize pre-trained faces using ‘Haar feature’ algorithm. The gyroscope provides information about the 3D axis of the patient, which acts instantly during an unusual activity such as fall detection. The software has been installed in the cellphone of the guardian to receive an alert automatically. It may occur in the event of an accident or, pushing the ‘Emergency Button’. A wearable blind assistive system-based project installed upon the jacket obviates the needs for a pair of eyes or a helping hand in an oblique manner, which in turn reduces the misery more than a modicum.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the interaction between ketotifen fumarate and anhydrous theophylline in aqueous media of various pH (1.2 and 6.8).
Abstract: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the interaction between ketotifen fumarate and anhydrous theophylline in aqueous media of various pH (1.2 and 6.8). Using Job's continuous-variation analysis and Ardon's spectrophotomeric measurement methods, the values of the stability constants of theophylline with ketotifen were determined at a fixed temperature (37 oC) at various pH. The stability constants, ranging between 5.66 and 9.92, were derived from Ardon's plot, indicating that comparatively stable complexes had formed as a result of an interaction between the drugs. However, following the interaction of theophylline with ketotifen, stability constants were <1 at gastric pH (1.2) and intestinal pH (6.8). Concurrent administration of ketotifen and theophylline could result in the formation of a stable complex and this is likely to reduce the therapeutic activities of both drugs.
