TL;DR: A high energy density asymmetric supercapacitor with nickel oxide nanoflake arrays as the cathode and reduced graphene oxide as the anode and an excellent charge/discharge cycling performance in 1.0 M KOH electrolyte with a capacitance retention of 95% after 3000 cycles.
Abstract: Here we demonstrate a high energy density asymmetric supercapacitor with nickel oxide nanoflake arrays as the cathode and reduced graphene oxide as the anode. Nickel oxide nanoflake arrays were synthesized on a flexible carbon cloth substrate using a seed-mediated hydrothermal method. The reduced graphene oxide sheets were deposited on three-dimensional (3D) nickel foam by hydrothermal treatment of nickel foam in graphene oxide solution. The nanostructured electrodes provide a large effective surface area. The asymmetric supercapacitor device operates with a voltage of 1.7 V and achieved a remarkable areal capacitance of 248 mF cm−2 (specific capacitance of 50 F g−1) at a charge/discharge current density of 1 mA cm−2 and a maximum energy density of 39.9 W h kg−1 (based on the total mass of active materials of 5.0 mg). Furthermore, the device showed an excellent charge/discharge cycling performance in 1.0 M KOH electrolyte at a current density of 5 mA cm−2, with a capacitance retention of 95% after 3000 cycles.

TL;DR: In this paper, a comprehensive review of the laser cladding (LC) material system is presented, as high entropy alloys (HEAs), amorphous alloy and single crystal alloy have been gradually showing their advantages over traditional metal materials in LC.
Abstract: In industries such as aerospace, petrochemistry and automobile, many parts of different machines are under environment which shows high temperature and high pressure, and have their proneness to wear and corrosion. Therefore, the wear resistibility and stability under high temperature need to be further improved. Nowadays, Laser cladding (LC) is widely used in machine parts repairing and functional coating due to its advantages such as lower dilution rate, small heat-affected zone and good metallurgical bonding between coating and substrate. In this paper, LC is introduced in detail from aspects of process simulation, monitoring and parameter optimization. At the same time, the paper gives a comprehensive review over LC material system as high entropy alloys (HEAs), amorphous alloy and single crystal alloy have been gradually showing their advantages over traditional metal materials in LC. In addition, the applications of LC in functional coatings and in maintenance of machine parts are also outlined. Also, the existing problems and the development trend of LC is discussed then.

TL;DR: In this article, four representative fractional-order controllers in the literature are briefly introduced, namely, TID (tilted proportional and integral) controller, CRONE controller (controle robuste d'ordre non entier), PI/sup /spl lambda/D/sup/spl mu// controller and fractional lead-lag-compensator.
Abstract: Using the differentiation and integration of fractional order or non-integer order in systems control is gaining more and more interest from the systems control community. In the paper, four representative fractional-order controllers in the literature are briefly introduced, namely, TID (tilted proportional and integral) controller, CRONE controller (controle robuste d'ordre non entier), PI/sup /spl lambda//D/sup /spl mu// controller and fractional lead-lag-compensator. The basic ideas and technical formulations are presented with some comparative comments. The major purpose of the paper is to draw attention to the non-conventional method of robust control based on fractional order calculus.

TL;DR: It is proved that the stable controller can be designed based on linear system theory and the results of simulation support the effectiveness of the model and the control scheme.
Abstract: In this paper, we propose a new fuzzy hyperbolic model for a class of complex systems, which is difficult to model. The fuzzy hyperbolic model is a nonlinear model in nature and can be easily derived from a set of fuzzy rules. It can also be seen as a feedforward neural network model and so we can identify the model parameters by BP-algorithm. We prove that the stable controller can be designed based on linear system theory. Two methods of designing the controller for the fuzzy hyperbolic model are proposed. The results of simulation support the effectiveness of the model and the control scheme.
