TL;DR: In this article, the main purpose of the paper is the construction of a model of a Gaussian stochastic process with given reliability and accuracy in some Orlicz spaces.
Abstract: The main purpose of this study is the construction of a model of a Gaussian stochastic process with given reliability and accuracy in some Orlicz spaces. In the paper, a suitable model is presented, conditions for the model parameters are derived, and some examples of their calculations are given.

TL;DR: In this paper, the influence of temperature on the electronic polarizability of vitreous alloys along the (As2S3)x· (GeS2)1 − x(0 < x< 1) join in the Ge-As-S system is investigated.
Abstract: The influence of temperature on the electronic polarizability of vitreous alloys along the (As2S3)x· (GeS2)1 – x(0 < x< 1) join in the Ge–As–S system is investigated. Numerical values of the coefficients in the expression describing the temperature dependence of the electronic polarizability are determined. It is found that the temperature change in the polarizability with a variation in the composition is governed by the ratio of two contributions, namely, the change in polarizability unrelated to changes in the density and the photoelastic effect.

TL;DR: In this paper, the emission characteristics of the low-pressure electrodischarge UV lamp based on a mixture of xenon with iodine vapors have been investigated, and the lamp was pumped in a dc longitudinal flow discharge with an interelectrode spacing of 50 cm at an electric power of discharge of 50-250 W.
Abstract: The emission characteristics of the low-pressure electrodischarge UV lamp based on a mixture of xenon with iodine vapors have been investigated. The lamp was pumped in a dc longitudinal flow discharge with an interelectrode spacing of 50 cm at an electric power of discharge of 50–250 W. We investigated the volt-ampere characteristics, the plasma radiation spectra, and the dependences of the radiation power and efficiency of the lamp on the discharge electric power and the partial pressure of xenon in the mixture. The total radiation power of the electrodischarge lamp in the 206– 350-nm range reaches 22 W at an efficiency of ≤11%.

01 May 2021TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed that education for sustainable development should be viewed as a common problem and a regulatory idea throughout the global education and science system, and that given the global scarcity of resources and related distribution issues, SDR should contribute to the peaceful coexistence of freedom and prosperity and an enabling environment for present and future generations.
Abstract: The global community has 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that are closely connected. Specific areas of actions are designed to realize their ambitious vision of a peaceful, socially inclusive world that uses natural resources at a constant level, with major changes at the economic, social, research, educational and environmental levels, with universal respect for human rights, equality and self-determination of all people, as well as environmental protection and social development. UN, UNESCO, OECD, EU implemented strategies and tactics for the development of education (in particular, higher) and science in the context of the formation of sustainable development of society «Sustainable Development Goal 4 – SDG-Education 2030» and «Quality Education» according to «The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development». Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4) – aims to provide comprehensive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities. Given the global scarcity of resources and related distribution issues, SDR should contribute to the peaceful coexistence of freedom and prosperity and an enabling environment for present and future generations. SDG facilitates the communication of sustainable development and its specific implementation. Education for sustainable development should be viewed as a common problem and a regulatory idea throughout the global education and science system.
