TL;DR: In this article, a low-energy (0.3 eV) electron backscattering technique using a hypocycloidal electron spectrometer with high-energy resolution of the analyser (∼50 meV) was used to study the energy distribution of surface electronic states on the Ge(1, 1, 1)-c(2×8) surface.

TL;DR: In this article, conditions for the convergence of stochastic processes from the space π(Omega) to the Euclidean space were investigated. And the limit theorem of π (Omega)-convergence was obtained.
Abstract: This paper is devoted to the investigation of conditions for the eak convergence in the space $C(T)$ of the stochastic processes from the space $\mathbf{F}_\psi(\Omega)$. Using this conditions the limit theorem for stochastic processes from the space $\mathbf{F}_\psi(\Omega)$ has been obtained. This theorem can be utilized for gaining the given approximation accuracy and reliability of integrals depending on parameter by Monte Carlo method.

01 Sep 2019TL;DR: A version taking into account the mutual influence of the relevant components of knowledge potential of individuals (agents) in the formation of the professional competency system is proposed.
Abstract: The authors analyze the processes of educational and qualitative personality growth based on diffusion-like models of the process of knowledge potential dissemination and redistribution. In particular, the knowledge potential is given as a characteristic of the certain complex, the amount of knowledge of one or another individual accumulated during the corresponding life period. It is proposed a version taking into account the mutual influence of the relevant components of knowledge potential of individuals (agents) in the formation of the professional competency system.
