TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present methods of finding criteria coefficients such that optimal solutions are obtained to a linear problem of multicriteria optimization with respect to the weighed sum of variously important and transitively subordinated criteria.
Abstract: This paper presents methods of finding criteria coefficients such that optimal solutions are obtained to a linear problem of multicriteria optimization with respect to the weighed sum of variously important and transitively subordinated criteria. The case of a partial transitive subordination is also considered, and a method is founded that finds coefficients such that optimal solutions to the problem of multicriteria optimization are attainable with respect to the weighed sum of variously important and partially transitively subordinated criteria.

TL;DR: In this paper, photoinduced deformation of an amorphous As2S3 film surface under illumination by subbandgap (638 nm) and above bandgap (532 nm) polarized laser light at oblique incidence is studied by atomic force microscopy performed directly after the film exposure to the laser beam.
Abstract: Photoinduced deformation of an amorphous As2S3 film surface under illumination by sub-bandgap (638 nm) and above-bandgap (532 nm) polarized laser light at oblique incidence are studied by atomic force microscopy performed directly after the film exposure to the laser beam. Photoinduced expansion as well as directional mass transport from the laser spot are observed. The photodeformation character under sub-bandgap and above-bandgap illumination are discussed in view of the optical forces (gradient force and scattering force) due to the interaction of light with the amorphous As2S3 film .

TL;DR: In this article, a longitudinal bromine vapor glow discharge in a quartz tube (inner diameter 1.4 cm, interelectrode distance 10 cm) was presented.
Abstract: The output emission characteristics are presented in the spectral range 150–350 nm for a longitudinal bromine vapor glow discharge in a quartz tube (inner diameter 1.4 cm, interelectrode distance 10 cm). Pressure of the working mixtures: P = 0.2–1.0 kPa. The emission spectrum of the lamp based on an He-Br2 mixture consists of the 163.3 nm and 157.6 nm spectral lines of the bromine atom and a system of molecular bromine bands (170–300 nm). The total power of UV-VUV emission of the lamp based on an He-Br2 mixture is 5 W max for efficiency <10%.

16 Nov 2020TL;DR: In this paper, the emission spectra of a gas-discharge plasma of a barrier discharge of atmospheric pressure in mixtures of cadmium diiodide vapor with neon and small additions of xenon is carried out.
Abstract: Diagnostics of the emission spectra of a gas-discharge plasma of a barrier discharge of atmospheric pressure in mixtures of cadmium diiodide vapor with neon and small additions of xenon is carried out. A gas-discharge plasma was created and the components of the working mixture were excited by a high-frequency barrier discharge at a sinusoidal voltage pulse repetition rate of up to 140 kHz. Emission of exciplex molecules of cadmium monoiodide with a maximum emission at a wavelength of λ = 655 nm and xenon iodide with a maximum of radiation at wavelengths λ = 253 and λ = 320 nm, excimer molecules of iodine, lines of atoms of cadmium, iodine, neon and xenon was revealed. It was found that at temperatures of the mixtures under study above 150 0C, the predominance of radiation from exciplex molecules of cadmium monoiodide is observed. The reason for the increased brightness of the emission of exciplex molecules of cadmium monoiodide in mixtures of cadmium diiodide vapor with neon and xenon additive is established. The regularities in the spectral characteristics of radiation in the mixtures under study are discussed. A high-frequency barrier discharge of atmospheric pressure in mixtures of cadmium diiodide vapor with neon and xenon is of interest for creating a multi-wavelength excilamp in the UV and visible spectral ranges
