TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that the deviation from exponential behavior of the diffraction cone observed near t = −0.1 GeV2 both at the ISR and the LHC (so-called break) follows from a two-pion loop in the t-channel, imposed by unitarity.
Abstract: We show that the deviation from exponential behavior of the diffraction cone observed near t = −0.1 GeV2 both at the ISR and the LHC (so-called break) follows from a two-pion loop in the t-channel, imposed by unitarity. By using a simple Regge-pole model we extrapolate the “break” from the ISR energy region to that of the LHC.

TL;DR: In the course of experimental verification, it is shown that the developed decision-making models can be used to solve multi-stage problems, the phased solution of which is incorrect.
Abstract: Management decision-making tasks are usually characterized by a high level of uncertainty. When solving this class of problems, it is necessary to take into account the environmental conditions for the implementation of the decisions made and the consequences that may arise in this case. The decision-making task in the face of uncertainty can be represented in the form of a “game with nature”, in which the optimal player strategy is sought. A two-stage decision-making process is considered, in which at each stage the decision-making problem is solved in conditions of risk. The case is supposed in which, after making a decision at the first stage, choosing an effective alternative and the onset of a certain state of nature, it is necessary to solve the decision-making problem of the second stage. Decision-making models based on well-known decision models of the “game with nature” are proposed. The developed models allow in the process of choosing an effective alternative to the first stage to assess the possible consequences of such a choice, taking into account the expectations of the decision maker. In the course of experimental verification, it is shown that the developed decision-making models can be used to solve such multi-stage problems, the phased solution of which is incorrect. This may occur due to the fact that some of their stages are associated with certain losses, and others – with profit. In such situations, it is advisable to consider the problem as a whole and at each stage, take into account all available information as much as possible.

TL;DR: Learning space conceptual model can serve as foundation for the formation of professionals training implementation roadmap in gaming industry and is proposed for implementation by universities and private IT companies interested in Serious Games industry development.
Abstract: The article is devoted to the construction of learning space conceptual model for preparation of GameHub computer game developers in higher education institutions. The concept consists of three main components: a methodological or pedagogical component, a technological component, an information component. The article describes processes scheme for developing of learning space infrastructure and reflects the interactions between GameHub participants. The article presents an example of such a scheme for magistracy students, bachelor's degree students and free listeners from one of the Ukrainian universities. An approach to the student knowledge diagnosis is described on the basis of writing and testing analysis. Highlighted results in this paper are useful as a guide for step-by-step organization and for supporting the functioning of game educational hubs in higher education institutions. The described concept includes basic tools that are necessary for effective student training organizing on the principles of computer game development. Learning space conceptual model can serve as foundation for the formation of professionals training implementation roadmap in gaming industry. The concept is proposed for implementation by universities and private IT companies interested in Serious Games industry development.

TL;DR: In this article, a comparative analysis of the calculated and experimental Raman spectra of non-crystalline As2S3, Bi2S 3 and Sb2S-3 films was performed.
Abstract: The comparative analysis of the calculated and experimental Raman spectra of non-crystalline As2S3, Bi2S3 and Sb2S3 films (i.e. with exchanging As to Sb, Bi) obtained by flash evaporation on glassy and silicon substrates was performed. The spectra were interpreted and analysed using the results of molecular modelling and ab initio calculations. The structural models used for calculations include both basic building blocks and other types of atomic clusters known for As-S, Bi-S, and Sb-S binary systems. The influence of atomic substitution on the nanostructure of flash evaporated As(Sb,Bi)2S3 films were investigated, observed photo-induced phenomena and related peculiarities were analysed using results of ab initio calculations and discussed in detail. TL;DR: In this article, a convenient procedure for the regioselective preparation of [1,3]thiazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]triazol-7-ium 10 and [1 2,4]-triazolo[5,1-b]-thiazin-4-ium salts 9 via regiOSElective electrophilic cyclization of 3-[(2-alken-1-yl)sulfanyl]-4H-1, 2, 4-triazoles 3 is reported.
Abstract: Abstract A convenient procedure for the regioselective preparation of [1,3]thiazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]triazol-7-ium 10 and [1,2,4]triazolo[5,1-b][1,3]thiazin-4-ium salts 9 via regioselective electrophilic cyclization of 3-[(2-alken-1-yl)sulfanyl]-4H-1,2,4-triazoles 3 is reported. Direction of electrophilic heterocyclization strongly depends on nature of the alkenyl substitutent.
