TLDR
In this paper, a simple and widely accepted multiple test procedure of the sequentially rejective type is presented, i.e. hypotheses are rejected one at a time until no further rejections can be done.
Abstract
This paper presents a simple and widely ap- plicable multiple test procedure of the sequentially rejective type, i.e. hypotheses are rejected one at a tine until no further rejections can be done. It is shown that the test has a prescribed level of significance protection against error of the first kind for any combination of true hypotheses. The power properties of the test and a number of possible applications are also discussed.

Crop Pollination Exposes Honey Bees to Pesticides Which Alters Their Susceptibility to the Gut Pathogen Nosema ceranae

TL;DR: Pollen from bee hives in seven major crops was collected to determine what types of pesticides bees are exposed to when rented for pollination of various crops and how field-relevant pesticide blends affect bees’ susceptibility to the gut parasite Nosema ceranae.

A general introduction to adjustment for multiple comparisons.

TL;DR: A brief review on mathematical framework, general concepts and common methods of adjustment for multiple comparisons is provided, which is expected to facilitate the understanding and selection of adjustment methods.

Permutation p-values should never be zero: calculating exact p-values when permutations are randomly drawn

TL;DR: It is argued that permutation should be viewed as generating an exact discrete null distribution, which is valid for any number of permutations and samples, and developed for exact p-values when permutations are randomly drawn.

A general framework for multiple testing dependence

TL;DR: It is shown theoretically that conditioning on a dependence kernel is sufficient to render statistical tests independent regardless of the level of dependence in the observed data, and shows a surprising reversal of the “curse of dimensionality” in the high-dimensional hypothesis testing setting.

A Multiple Comparison Procedure for Comparing Several Treatments with a Control

TL;DR: In this article, a multiple comparison procedure for comparing several treatments with a control is presented, which is based on the Multiple Comparison Procedure for Comparing Several Treatments with a Control (MCPC).

Simultaneous Statistical Inference

TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented a case of two means regression method for the family error rate, which was used to estimate the probability of a family having a nonzero family error.

Simultaneous test procedures-some theory of multiple comparisons'

TL;DR: The Simultaneous Test Procedure (STP) as discussed by the authors is a generalization of the notion of multiple comparisons for means, which was originally proposed by Aitchison and Roy.
