TLDR
In this paper, a simple and widely accepted multiple test procedure of the sequentially rejective type is presented, i.e. hypotheses are rejected one at a time until no further rejections can be done.
Abstract
This paper presents a simple and widely ap- plicable multiple test procedure of the sequentially rejective type, i.e. hypotheses are rejected one at a tine until no further rejections can be done. It is shown that the test has a prescribed level of significance protection against error of the first kind for any combination of true hypotheses. The power properties of the test and a number of possible applications are also discussed.

A Direct Comparison of Remote Sensing Approaches for High-Throughput Phenotyping in Plant Breeding

TL;DR: Results support use of UAV-based RS techniques for high-throughput phenotyping for both precision and efficiency in large scale crop genetic improvement.

Posttraumatic stress disorder is associated with an enhanced spontaneous production of pro-inflammatory cytokines by peripheral blood mononuclear cells

TL;DR: Findings indicate that PBMCs of PTSD patients are already pre-activated in vivo, providing further evidence for low-grade inflammation in PTSD, and might possibly represent one psychobiological pathway from PTSD to poor physical health.

Comparison and meta-analysis of microarray data: from the bench to the computer desk.

TL;DR: This review focuses on the problems associated with the efficient access to and exchange of microarray data; the validation and comparison of data from different platforms (cDNA and short and long oligonucleotides); and the integrated statistical analysis of multiple data sets.

EPIC: A Tool to Estimate the Proportions of Different Cell Types from Bulk Gene Expression Data.

TL;DR: This work provides guidelines and examples on how to use the recent computational method EPIC (Estimating the Proportions of Immune and Cancer cells), which includes RNA-seq-based gene expression reference profiles from immune cells and other nonmalignant cell types found in tumors.

Seasonal changes in habitat use and preference by juvenile brown trout, Salmo trutta, in a northern boreal river

TL;DR: Analysis of seasonal and size-class variation in habitat preference by juvenile brown trout in a third-order river in northern Finland found that larger trout preferred deeper stream areas than young-of-the-year fish, and all trout avoided areas with high instream cover.

Simultaneous test procedures-some theory of multiple comparisons'

TL;DR: The Simultaneous Test Procedure (STP) as discussed by the authors is a generalization of the notion of multiple comparisons for means, which was originally proposed by Aitchison and Roy.
