TLDR
In this paper, a simple and widely accepted multiple test procedure of the sequentially rejective type is presented, i.e. hypotheses are rejected one at a time until no further rejections can be done.
Abstract
This paper presents a simple and widely ap- plicable multiple test procedure of the sequentially rejective type, i.e. hypotheses are rejected one at a tine until no further rejections can be done. It is shown that the test has a prescribed level of significance protection against error of the first kind for any combination of true hypotheses. The power properties of the test and a number of possible applications are also discussed.

A simple correction for multiple testing for single-nucleotide polymorphisms in linkage disequilibrium with each other

TL;DR: A simple correction for multiple testing of single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in linkage disequilibrium (LD) with each other, on the basis of the spectral decomposition (SpD) of matrices of pairwise LD between SNPs is described.

Arguments for rejecting the sequential Bonferroni in ecological studies

TL;DR: In this article, the authors argue that the sequential Bonferroni correction has several flaws ranging from mathematical to logical to practical that argue for rejecting this method in ecological studies, and more specifically, they argue for rejection of the sequentialBonfroni as a solution to this problem.

Slime mould algorithm: A new method for stochastic optimization

TL;DR: The proposed slime mould algorithm has several new features with a unique mathematical model that uses adaptive weights to simulate the process of producing positive and negative feedback of the propagation wave of slime mould based on bio-oscillator to form the optimal path for connecting food with excellent exploratory ability and exploitation propensity.

Jaya: A simple and new optimization algorithm for solving constrained and unconstrained optimization problems

TL;DR: The proposed algorithm is found to secure first rank for the ‘best’ and ‘mean’ solutions in the Friedman’s rank test for all the 24 constrained benchmark problems.

An Extension on "Statistical Comparisons of Classifiers over Multiple Data Sets" for all Pairwise Comparisons

TL;DR: The paper correctly introduces the basic procedures and some of the most advanced ones when comparing a control method, but it does not deal with some advanced topics in depth.

Simultaneous Statistical Inference

TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented a case of two means regression method for the family error rate, which was used to estimate the probability of a family having a nonzero family error.

Simultaneous test procedures-some theory of multiple comparisons'

TL;DR: The Simultaneous Test Procedure (STP) as discussed by the authors is a generalization of the notion of multiple comparisons for means, which was originally proposed by Aitchison and Roy.
