A Simple Sequentially Rejective Multiple Test Procedure
TLDR
In this paper, a simple and widely accepted multiple test procedure of the sequentially rejective type is presented, i.e. hypotheses are rejected one at a time until no further rejections can be done.Abstract:
This paper presents a simple and widely ap- plicable multiple test procedure of the sequentially rejective type, i.e. hypotheses are rejected one at a tine until no further rejections can be done. It is shown that the test has a prescribed level of significance protection against error of the first kind for any combination of true hypotheses. The power properties of the test and a number of possible applications are also discussed.read more

A Review on Ensembles for the Class Imbalance Problem: Bagging-, Boosting-, and Hybrid-Based Approaches
TL;DR: A taxonomy for ensemble-based methods to address the class imbalance where each proposal can be categorized depending on the inner ensemble methodology in which it is based is proposed and a thorough empirical comparison is developed by the consideration of the most significant published approaches to show whether any of them makes a difference.

Adjusting for multiple testing--when and how?

TL;DR: The existing multiple test procedures are summarized for the most important multiplicity situations and it is emphasized that adjustments for multiple testing are required in confirmatory studies whenever results from multiple tests have to be combined in one final conclusion and decision.

An improved Bonferroni procedure for multiple tests of significance
TL;DR: In this article, a modification of the Bonferroni procedure for testing multiple hypotheses is presented, based on the ordered p-values of the individual tests, which is less conservative than the classical BFP but is still simple to apply.
