TLDR
In this paper, a simple and widely accepted multiple test procedure of the sequentially rejective type is presented, i.e. hypotheses are rejected one at a time until no further rejections can be done.
Abstract
This paper presents a simple and widely ap- plicable multiple test procedure of the sequentially rejective type, i.e. hypotheses are rejected one at a tine until no further rejections can be done. It is shown that the test has a prescribed level of significance protection against error of the first kind for any combination of true hypotheses. The power properties of the test and a number of possible applications are also discussed.

KEEL Data-Mining Software Tool: Data Set Repository, Integration of Algorithms and Experimental Analysis Framework

TL;DR: The aim of this paper is to present three new aspects of KEEL: KEEL-dataset, a data set repository which includes the data set partitions in theKEELformat and some guidelines for including new algorithms in KEEL, helping the researcher to compare the results of many approaches already included within the KEEL software.

A farewell to Bonferroni: the problems of low statistical power and publication bias

TL;DR: The meta-analysis on statistical power by Jennions and Moller (2003) revealed that, in the field of behavioral ecology and animal behavior, statistical power of less than 20% to detect a small effect and power of more than 50% to detects a medium effect existed.

A three-dimensional statistical analysis for CBF activation studies in human brain.

TL;DR: A simple method for determining an approximate p value for the global maximum based on the theory of Gaussian random fields is described, which focuses on the Euler characteristic of the set of voxels with a value larger than a given threshold.

Multiple Hypothesis Testing

TL;DR: In this paper, the first-order Bonferroni inequality and Simes equality were used to control the false discovery rate in a test procedure, and the results showed strong robustness and robustness.

Regression analysis of multivariate incomplete failure time data by modeling marginal distributions

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors consider the regression analysis of multivariate failure time observations and formulate each marginal distribution of the failure times by a Cox proportional hazards model, which is shown to be asymptotically jointly normal with a covariance matrix that can be consistently estimated.

Simultaneous test procedures-some theory of multiple comparisons'

TL;DR: The Simultaneous Test Procedure (STP) as discussed by the authors is a generalization of the notion of multiple comparisons for means, which was originally proposed by Aitchison and Roy.
