TLDR
In this paper, a simple and widely accepted multiple test procedure of the sequentially rejective type is presented, i.e. hypotheses are rejected one at a time until no further rejections can be done.
Abstract
This paper presents a simple and widely ap- plicable multiple test procedure of the sequentially rejective type, i.e. hypotheses are rejected one at a tine until no further rejections can be done. It is shown that the test has a prescribed level of significance protection against error of the first kind for any combination of true hypotheses. The power properties of the test and a number of possible applications are also discussed.

The effects of safety behaviors on health anxiety: an experimental investigation.

TL;DR: It is suggested that safety behaviors are associated with increases in health anxiety, perhaps by fostering catastrophic thoughts about health in the context of hypochondriasis, as well as changes in the frequency of health-related thoughts that mediated the effects of the experimental manipulation.

Evolution of animal genitalia: patterns of phenotypic and genotypic variation and condition dependence of genital and non-genital morphology in water strider (Heteroptera: Gerridae: Insecta)

TL;DR: While food stress during development had a large impact on adult morphology, and expression of genitalic traits exhibited significant levels of condition dependence, dierent genotypes did not significantly dier in their ability to cope with food stress.

A multicenter, randomized, controlled study to investigate EXtending the time for Thrombolysis in Emergency Neurological Deficits with Intra-Arterial therapy (EXTEND-IA).

TL;DR: This study hypothesized that anterior circulation ischemic stroke patients, selected with ‘dual target’ vessel occlusion and evidence of salvageable brain using computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging ‘mismatch’ within 4.5 h of onset, would have improved reperfusion and early neurological improvement when treated with intra-arterial clot retrieval after intravenous tissue plasminogen activator.

Adaptive False Discovery Rate Control under Independence and Dependence

TL;DR: This paper focuses on the issue of false discovery rate (FDR) control and presents new adaptive multiple testing procedures with control of the FDR and proposes adaptive versions of step-up procedures that have provably controlled FDR under positive dependence and unspecified dependence of the p-values.

Multiple Testing and Error Control in Gaussian Graphical Model Selection

TL;DR: Gaussian graphical model selection can be performed by multiple testing of hypotheses about vanishing (partial) correlation coefficients associated with individual edges that are absent from the graph by demonstrating how this approach allows one to perform model selection while controlling error rates for incorrect edge inclusion.

A Multiple Comparison Procedure for Comparing Several Treatments with a Control

TL;DR: In this article, a multiple comparison procedure for comparing several treatments with a control is presented, which is based on the Multiple Comparison Procedure for Comparing Several Treatments with a Control (MCPC).

Simultaneous Statistical Inference

TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented a case of two means regression method for the family error rate, which was used to estimate the probability of a family having a nonzero family error.

Simultaneous test procedures-some theory of multiple comparisons'

TL;DR: The Simultaneous Test Procedure (STP) as discussed by the authors is a generalization of the notion of multiple comparisons for means, which was originally proposed by Aitchison and Roy.
