TLDR
IL-17 is suggested to be a novel indicator of prognosis in the patients with colorectal carcinoma and could serve as a novel therapeutic target for coloreCTal carcinomas, and the results indicate that IL-17 producing cells may facilitate development of colorective carcinoma by fostering angiogenesis via promote VEGF production from cancer cells.
