TLDR
The hypothesis that normal HMO concentrations and profiles vary geographically, even in healthy women is supported and targeted genomic analyses are required to determine whether these differences are due at least in part to genetic variation.About:

Interactions between human milk oligosaccharides, microbiota and immune factors in milk of women with and without mastitis
I. Castro,Cristina García-Carral,Annalee J. Furst,Sadaf Khwajazada,Janneiry García,Rebeca Arroyo,Lorena Ruiz,Juan M. Rodríguez,Lars Bode,Leónides Fernández +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a comparison between subacute (SAM) and acute (AM) mastitis cases revealed differences related to the etiological agent (S. epidermidis in SAM; Staphylococcus aureus in AM), milk immunological profile (high content of IL10 and IL13 in SAM and IL2 in AM) and milk HMOs profile, which indicated that microbiological, immunological and HMO profiles of milk are related to mammary health of women.

TL;DR: The composition of goat MOS (gMOS) from colostrum up to the 9th month of lactation was studied to conceive an overview of the structures present and their fate, suggesting the possibility of a secretor/non-secretor goat genotype, similar to humans.

TL;DR: In this paper, a different approach to problems of multiple significance testing is presented, which calls for controlling the expected proportion of falsely rejected hypotheses -the false discovery rate, which is equivalent to the FWER when all hypotheses are true but is smaller otherwise.

Metagenes and molecular pattern discovery using matrix factorization.
TL;DR: Nonnegative matrix factorization is described, an algorithm based on decomposition by parts that can reduce the dimension of expression data from thousands of genes to a handful of metagenes, and found less sensitive to a priori selection of genes or initial conditions and able to detect alternative or context-dependent patterns of gene expression in complex biological systems.
