TLDR
Z-Tree as mentioned in this paper is a toolbox for ready-made economic experiments, which allows programming almost any kind of experiments in a short time and is stable and easy to use.
Abstract
z-Tree (Zurich Toolbox for Ready-made Economic Experiments) is a software for developing and conducting economic experiments. The software is stable and allows programming almost any kind of experiments in a short time. In this article, I present the guiding principles behind the software design, its features, and its limitations.

Contracts as Reference Points: Experimental Evidence

TL;DR: In this article, the authors examined the behavioral forces of long-term contracts and found that there is a tradeoff between rigidity and flexibility in a trading environment with incomplete contracts and ex ante uncertainty about the state of nature.

The Binarized Scoring Rule

TL;DR: In this paper, a simple method for constructing a scoring rule to elicit an agent's belief about a random variable that is incentive compatible irrespective of her risk-preference is introduced, where the agent receives a fixed prize when her prediction error, defined by a loss function specified in the incentive scheme, is smaller than an independently generated random number and earns a smaller prize otherwise adjusting the loss function according to the belief elicitation objective.

Is Pay-for-Performance Detrimental to Innovation?

TL;DR: In this article, the authors provide evidence that the combination of tolerance for early failure and reward for long-term success is effective in motivating innovation and explore more and discover a novel business strategy than subjects under fixed-wage and standard pay-for-performance incentive schemes.

Cognitive effort in the Beauty Contest Game

TL;DR: This article analyzed cognitive effort in 6 different oneshot p-beauty games and found that subjects with higher scores on this test are more prone to play dominant strategies, and the results were confirmed when levels of reasoning instead of entries in the BCG are used.

Trust, Trustworthiness, and Information Sharing in Supply Chains Bridging China and the United States

TL;DR: It is advocated that companies can reinforce the positive perception of westerners held by the Chinese population and commit to long-term relationships to encourage trust by Chinese partners, and that a Chinese supply chain enjoys a larger efficiency gain from repeated interactions than a U.S. one does, as the prospect of building a long- term relationship successfully sustains trust and trustworthiness by Chinese partner.

A simple mechanism for the efficient provision of public goods - experimental evidence

TL;DR: In this paper, a series of experiments designed to investigate the factor of incentive mechanisms in the case of private provisions of public goods is presented. But the results showed that the proposed incentive mechanism is very promising.
