TLDR
Z-Tree as mentioned in this paper is a toolbox for ready-made economic experiments, which allows programming almost any kind of experiments in a short time and is stable and easy to use.
Abstract
z-Tree (Zurich Toolbox for Ready-made Economic Experiments) is a software for developing and conducting economic experiments. The software is stable and allows programming almost any kind of experiments in a short time. In this article, I present the guiding principles behind the software design, its features, and its limitations.

Can Experimental Economics Explain Competitive Behavior Outside the Lab

TL;DR: This paper examined whether the widely used Niederle and Vesterlund (2007) competition experiment is predictive of a middle school student's subsequent propensity to take a highly competitive and consequential high school entrance exam.

A Comparison of Punishment Rules in Repeated Public Good Games An Experimental Study

TL;DR: In this paper, one individual and three collective punishment rules in a public good setting are analyzed and evidence and explanations for differences between the rules concerning punishment intensity, contribution, profit levels, and justice are presented.

Betting on own knowledge: Experimental test of overconfidence

TL;DR: In this paper, an incentive compatible method for measuring confidence in own knowledge is presented, which consists of two parts: first, an individual answers several general knowledge questions and then chooses among three alternatives: (1) one question is selected at random and the individual receives a payoff if he or she has answered this question correctly; (2) the same payoff with a probability equal to the percentage of correctly answered questions; (3) either the first or the second alternative is selected.

Endogenous transfers in the Prisoner's Dilemma game: An experimental test of cooperation and coordination

TL;DR: There is substantial scope for this compensation mechanism for promoting cooperation in prisoner’s dilemma games to achieve beneficial social outcomes in commerce and in international affairs, and reason to be concerned about the ability of firms to design collusive agreements.

Judgmental Forecasting: Cognitive Reflection and Decision Speed

TL;DR: This paper analyzed individual differences in judgmental time-series forecasting and found that decision makers with the ability to balance intuitive judgment with cognitive deliberation, as measured by the cognitive reflection test, tend to have lower forecast errors.

A simple mechanism for the efficient provision of public goods - experimental evidence

TL;DR: In this paper, a series of experiments designed to investigate the factor of incentive mechanisms in the case of private provisions of public goods is presented. But the results showed that the proposed incentive mechanism is very promising.
