TLDR
Z-Tree as mentioned in this paper is a toolbox for ready-made economic experiments, which allows programming almost any kind of experiments in a short time and is stable and easy to use.
Abstract
z-Tree (Zurich Toolbox for Ready-made Economic Experiments) is a software for developing and conducting economic experiments. The software is stable and allows programming almost any kind of experiments in a short time. In this article, I present the guiding principles behind the software design, its features, and its limitations.

Measuring lying aversion

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors introduce a new method for measuring the decision to lie in experiments, which allows them to classify people into types, including those who never lie, those who always lie, and those who react to incentives to lie.

Trust in Authorities and Power to Enforce Tax Compliance: An Empirical Analysis of the “Slippery Slope Framework”

TL;DR: In this paper, the impact of trust and power with self-employed taxpayers' intentions to pay taxes was examined in a laboratory experiment and an online experiment, which showed that tax payments are enhanced by taxpayers' trust in authorities or by authorities' power leading to voluntary or enforced tax compliance.

Shifting the Blame: On Delegation and Responsibility

TL;DR: In this article, the authors studied the role of responsibility attribution for outcomes of delegated decisions and proposed a formal measure of responsibility and showed that this measure outperforms measures based on outcome or intention in predicting punishment behavior.

One swallow doesn’t make a summer: new evidence on anchoring effects

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present a theoretical framework that provides insights into why we should be cautious of initial empirical findings in general, and highlight that the rate of false positives depends not only on the observed significance level, but also on statistical power, research priors, and the number of scholars exploring the question.

How Costly Is Diversity? Affirmative Action in Light of Gender Differences in Competitiveness

TL;DR: It is shown that guaranteeing women equal representation among winners increases their entry and the response exceeds that predicted by the change in probability of winning and is in part driven by women being more willing to compete against other women.

A simple mechanism for the efficient provision of public goods - experimental evidence

TL;DR: In this paper, a series of experiments designed to investigate the factor of incentive mechanisms in the case of private provisions of public goods is presented. But the results showed that the proposed incentive mechanism is very promising.

RatImage - research Assistance Toolbox for Computer-Aided Human Behavior Experiments

TL;DR: RatImage contains Borland Turbo Pascal constans, variables, functions, and procedures which, when used, relieve programmers of many tedious and complex tasks, like graphical output, keyboard handling, mouse control, file access, and network communication.
