z-Tree: Zurich toolbox for ready-made economic experiments
TLDR
Z-Tree as mentioned in this paper is a toolbox for ready-made economic experiments, which allows programming almost any kind of experiments in a short time and is stable and easy to use.Abstract:
z-Tree (Zurich Toolbox for Ready-made Economic Experiments) is a software for developing and conducting economic experiments. The software is stable and allows programming almost any kind of experiments in a short time. In this article, I present the guiding principles behind the software design, its features, and its limitations.read more

Measuring individual risk attitudes in the lab: Task or ask? An empirical comparison
TL;DR: In this article, an empirical comparison of two measures of individual risk attitudes -the Holt and Laury (2002) lottery-choice task and the multi-item questionnaire advocated by Dohmen et al. (2011) -with respect to their within-subject stability over time (one year) and their correlation with actual risk-taking behavior in the lab -here the amount sent in a trust game was reported.

Contracts as Reference Points—Experimental Evidence
TL;DR: In this article, the authors test experimentally the empirical relevance of the behavioral forces suggested by Hart and Moore (2008) and show that there is a tradeoff between rigidity and flexibility in a trading environment with incomplete contracts and ex ante uncertainty about the state of nature.

Framing and free riding: emotional responses and punishment in social dilemma games
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigate the effect of framing on social preferences, as revealed in a one-shot linear public goods game, and find that social preferences are robust to framing effects.

Preferences and Beliefs in a Sequential Social Dilemma: A Within-Subjects Analysis

TL;DR: It is found that when first movers know the true probability of second-mover cooperation, subjects' own second moves still have predictive power regarding their first moves, suggesting that the direct channel also plays a role.

Feedback, Punishment and Cooperation in Public Good Experiments
TL;DR: This paper shows that the format used to give subjects feedback is critical for the efficacy of punishment and suggests that this happens because the feedback format acts as a coordination device which influences the contribution standards that groups establish.

A simple mechanism for the efficient provision of public goods - experimental evidence
TL;DR: In this paper, a series of experiments designed to investigate the factor of incentive mechanisms in the case of private provisions of public goods is presented. But the results showed that the proposed incentive mechanism is very promising.
