TLDR
Z-Tree as mentioned in this paper is a toolbox for ready-made economic experiments, which allows programming almost any kind of experiments in a short time and is stable and easy to use.
Abstract
z-Tree (Zurich Toolbox for Ready-made Economic Experiments) is a software for developing and conducting economic experiments. The software is stable and allows programming almost any kind of experiments in a short time. In this article, I present the guiding principles behind the software design, its features, and its limitations.

Cooperators benefit through reputation-based partner choice in economic games

TL;DR: It is shown, to the knowledge, for the first time, that investing in a cooperative reputation can bring net benefits through access to more cooperative partners.

An experiment on corruption and gender

TL;DR: In this paper, women and men, faced with the same situation behave in a different way, as suggested in the field-data studies, or on the contrary, when women are in the same position as men they behave the same way.

Which hat to wear? Impact of natural identities on coordination and cooperation

TL;DR: By priming a fragmenting (ethnic) identity, it is found that, compared to the control, participants are significantly less likely to choose high effort in the minimum-effort games, leading to less efficient coordination.

Selfish-biased conditional cooperation : On the decline of contributions in repeated public goods experiments

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present results of an experiment that has been designed to evaluate several competing hypotheses to explain the stylized fact of declining contributions in repeated public goods experiments, and the data favor the hypothesis of selfish-biased conditional cooperation as the source for the declining contributions over the competing hypotheses.

The economic consequences of a Tobin tax: An experimental analysis

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of a Tobin tax on foreign exchange markets have been investigated and the results confirm the hitherto undisputed issues: a tax reduces trading volume, shifts market share to untaxed markets and leads to negligible tax revenues if tax havens exist.

A simple mechanism for the efficient provision of public goods - experimental evidence

TL;DR: In this paper, a series of experiments designed to investigate the factor of incentive mechanisms in the case of private provisions of public goods is presented. But the results showed that the proposed incentive mechanism is very promising.
