TLDR
Z-Tree as mentioned in this paper is a toolbox for ready-made economic experiments, which allows programming almost any kind of experiments in a short time and is stable and easy to use.
Abstract
z-Tree (Zurich Toolbox for Ready-made Economic Experiments) is a software for developing and conducting economic experiments. The software is stable and allows programming almost any kind of experiments in a short time. In this article, I present the guiding principles behind the software design, its features, and its limitations.

Deception and Self-Deception

TL;DR: This article found that informed participants are 50% more overconfident than those in a control condition, and are less responsive to objective feedback on their performance, and that increased confidence indeed causes higher evaluations in the ensuing interactions.

The Impact of Information Provision on Agglomeration Bonus Performance: An Experimental Study on Local Networks

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors explore the performance of the agglomeration bonus in achieving the socially optimal land management configuration in a local network environment where the information available to subjects varies and the strategic setting is unfavorable for efficient coordination.

Self-selection and variations in the laboratory measurement of other-regarding preferences across subject pools: evidence from one college student and two adult samples

TL;DR: This article measured the other-regarding behavior in samples from three related populations in the upper Midwest of the United States: college students, non-student adults from the community surrounding the college, and adult trainee truckers in a residential training program.

Do People Anticipate Loss Aversion

TL;DR: There is growing interest in the use of loss contracts that offer performance incentives as up-front payments that employees can lose as mentioned in this paper, and there is also some work on behavioral models that predict a trade-off in using loss contracts.

Democratic Accountability and Retrospective Voting: A Laboratory Experiment

TL;DR: This paper conducted a laboratory experiment to investigate whether voters focus on the problem of electoral selection or if they instead focus on electoral sanctioning, finding that voters are forward-looking but uncertain about politicians' unobservable characteristics.

A simple mechanism for the efficient provision of public goods - experimental evidence

TL;DR: In this paper, a series of experiments designed to investigate the factor of incentive mechanisms in the case of private provisions of public goods is presented. But the results showed that the proposed incentive mechanism is very promising.
