TLDR
Z-Tree as mentioned in this paper is a toolbox for ready-made economic experiments, which allows programming almost any kind of experiments in a short time and is stable and easy to use.
Abstract
z-Tree (Zurich Toolbox for Ready-made Economic Experiments) is a software for developing and conducting economic experiments. The software is stable and allows programming almost any kind of experiments in a short time. In this article, I present the guiding principles behind the software design, its features, and its limitations.

Bonus Payments and Reference Point Violations

TL;DR: It is found that falling behind a naturally occurring reference point for bonus comparisons reduces satisfaction and subsequent performance.

Buyer confusion and market prices

TL;DR: In this article, the authors employ a price setting duopoly experiment to examine whether buyer confusion increases market prices and find that the buyers make more suboptimal choices and that prices are higher when the number of attributes of the goods is higher.

True Overconfidence: The Inability of Rational Information Processing to Account for Apparent Overconfidence

TL;DR: This paper derived a new experimental paradigm to distinguish between two possible explanations for the better-than-average effect, namely rational information processing and overconfidence, and concluded that overconfidence is not only apparent overconfidence but rather the consequence of a psychological bias.

Belief Elicitation: A Horse Race Among Truth Serums

TL;DR: In this article, the authors pit non-incentivized introspection against five truth serums, to elicit beliefs in a simple two-player game, and test the internal validity (additivity and predictive power for own behavior), and the external validity (predictive power for other players' behavior, or accuracy) of each method.

Can nudges be transparent and yet effective

TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the effect of different types of transparency (i.e., knowledge of the potential influence of the default, its purpose, or both) on the effect on the default effect.

A simple mechanism for the efficient provision of public goods - experimental evidence

TL;DR: In this paper, a series of experiments designed to investigate the factor of incentive mechanisms in the case of private provisions of public goods is presented. But the results showed that the proposed incentive mechanism is very promising.
