Proteogenomic and metabolomic characterization of human glioblastoma

Liang-Bo Wang, +242 more
- 12 Apr 2021 -
TL;DR: This article identified key phosphorylation events (e.g., phosphorylated PTPN11 and PLCG1) as potential switches mediating oncogenic pathway activation, as well as potential targets for EGFR-, TP53-, and RB1-altered tumors.
Journal ArticleDOI

TCGA Workflow: Analyze cancer genomics and epigenomics data using Bioconductor packages.

TL;DR: This workflow provides a series of biologically focused integrative analyses of different molecular data and introduces the following Bioconductor packages: AnnotationHub, ChIPSeeker, ComplexHeatmap, pathview, ELMER, GAIA, MINET, RTCGAToolbox, TCGAbiolinks.
Journal ArticleDOI

Proteogenomic insights into the biology and treatment of HPV-negative head and neck squamous cell carcinoma

Chen Huang, +205 more
- 08 Mar 2021 -
TL;DR: In this paper, a proteogenomic study of 108 human papilloma virus (HPV)-negative head and neck squamous cell carcinomas (HNSCCs) is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

The molecular landscape of glioma in patients with Neurofibromatosis 1.

TL;DR: It is found that the predisposing germline mutation of the NF1 gene was frequently converted to homozygosity and the somatic mutational load of NF1-glioma was influenced by age and grade, which defined a distinct landscape that recapitulates a subset of sporadic tumors.
