Emerging Technologies to Study Long Non-coding RNAs

TL;DR: It has been less than half a century since Robert W. Holley et al. used 140 kg of commercial baker’s yeast to characterize the first noncoding RNA (ncRNA), alanine tRNA, and the journey to study the lncRNAs has just begun.
Journal ArticleDOI

Precision neoantigen discovery using large-scale immunopeptidomes and composite modeling of MHC peptide presentation.

TL;DR: In this paper , a pan-allelic MHC-peptide algorithm for predicting peptide binding and presentation is proposed. But, the method is limited to the HLA-null K562 parental cell line and a stable transfection of HLA allele.
