Measurement of genuine three-particle Bose–Einstein correlations in hadronic Z decay

P. Achard, +370 more
- 01 Aug 2002 -
TL;DR: In this paper, three-particle Bose-Einstein correlations in hadronic Z decay with the L3 detector at LEP were measured and compared by comparing two-and threeparticle correlations, and they found that the data are consistent with fully incoherent pion production.
Journal ArticleDOI

Forward energy flow, central charged-particle multiplicities, and pseudorapidity gaps in W and Z boson events from pp collisions at √s = 7 TeV

S. Chatrchyan, +4070 more
TL;DR: In this article, a study of forward energy flow and central charged-particle multiplicity in events with W and Z bosons decaying into leptons is presented using a sample of 7 TeV pp collisions, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 36 inverse picobarns.
Journal ArticleDOI

Production of single $W$ bosons at LEP

M Acciarri, +435 more
- 19 Jun 1997 -
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors report on the observation of single W boson production in a data sample collected by the L3 detector at LEP2, which consists of large missing energy final states with a single energetic lepton or two hadronic jets.
Journal ArticleDOI

Measurement of Bose-Einstein correlations in e+e- → W+W- at √s ≃ 189 GeV

M. Acciarri, +402 more
- 16 Nov 2000 -
TL;DR: In this paper, the L3 detector at LEP was used to investigate Bose-Einstein correlations between particles from a single W decay in good agreement with those from a light-quark Z decay sample.
Journal ArticleDOI

Search for a fermiophobic Higgs boson in pp collisions at √s = 7 TeV

S. Chatrchyan, +2256 more
TL;DR: In this paper, combined results from searches for a fermiophobic Higgs boson in the γγ, WW, and ZZ decay modes in proton-proton collisions at s√ = 7 TeV were reported.
