Identification of Arabidopsis genic and non-genic promoters by paired-end sequencing of TSS tags.

TL;DR: This paper used paired- and single-end deep sequencing to analyze Arabidopsis TSS tags from several libraries prepared from roots, shoots, flowers and etiolated seedlings to identify intragenic, antisense and orphan promoters that were not associated with any gene models.
Journal ArticleDOI

Profibrotic function of pulmonary group 2 innate lymphoid cells is controlled by regnase-1

TL;DR: Clinically, Regnase-1 protein levels in ILC2 negatively correlated with the I LC2 population in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) patients with ILC 2s >1500 cells·mL−1 peripheral blood exhibited poorer prognosis than patients with lower numbers, implying the contribution of Regn enzyme-1 inILC2s for the progression of IPF.
Journal ArticleDOI

Genomic structure and evolution of the mating type locus in the green seaweed Ulva partita

TL;DR: The results suggest that the genomic structure and its evolutionary history in the U. partita MT locus are similar to those on other UV chromosomes and that theMT locus genes are quite different from those of Chlorophyceae.
