TL;DR: In this article, the tetrahydro pyridinyl indole and their salts, process for their preparation, their application as medicines and pharmaceutical compositions containing them are described.
Abstract: L'invention concerne de nouveaux derives du tetrahydro pyridinyl indole et leurs sels, leur procede de preparation, leur application a titre de medicaments et les compositions pharmaceutiques les renfermant. The invention relates to novel tetrahydro pyridinyl indole and their salts, process for their preparation, their application as medicines and pharmaceutical compositions containing them. Lesdits derives repondent a la formule: Said derivatives have the formula: dans laquelle R' est un hydrogene, un halogene, un alcoxy de 1 a 3 carbones, R 1 et R 2 representent un hydrogene, un alcoyle de 1 a 3 carbones, X' est un alcoyle de 1 a 6 carbones, un cycloalcoyle de 4 a 7 carbones, un alcenyle ou alcynyle de 2 a 5 carbones ou un aralcoyle de 7 a 12 carbones. wherein R 'is hydrogen, halogen, alkoxy of 1 to 3 carbons, R 1 and R 2 represent hydrogen, alkyl of 1 to 3 carbons, X' is an alkyl of 1 to 6 carbons, cycloalkyl of 4-7 carbons, an alkenyl or alkynyl of 2 to 5 carbons or an aralkyl of 7 to 12 carbons. Si X' est un methyle, un au moins des substituants R', R 1 et R 2 a plus d'un carbone et si X' est un benzyle, un au moins des substituants R', R 1 et R 2 est different d'hydrogene. If X 'is methyl, at least one of substituents R', R 1 and R 2 has more than one carbon and if X 'is benzyl, at least one of substituents R', R 1 and R 2 is different from 'hydrogen. Les derives I' ont des proprietes antidepressives, neuroleptiques et antiemetiques. Derivative I 'have antidepressant properties, neuroleptics and antiemetics.
