Abstract
Despite calls for better co-operation between countries and different cultures, there is still confrontation between people, groups and nations. But at the same time they are exposed to common problems which demand cooperation for the solution of these problems. This book helps to understand the differences in the way strategists and their followers think, offering practical solutions for those in business to help solve conflict between different groups.

A multinational test of determinants of corporate disclosure

TL;DR: In this article, a model of cultural, national, and corporate factors that influence the financial disclosure of corporations is developed. But the model is tested empirically using a sample of companies from 33 countries and the results of the regression model indicate that disclosure is influenced by culture, national systems and corporate systems.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors propose a model of cultural differences and international alliance performance to explain the ambiguous findings regarding the influence of national culture differences on alliance performance, and argue that the closer the domain of a social group is to the value-creating activities of an alliance, the more disruptive cultural differences between the partners of that social group will be.
