Preparation and characterization of pea protein isolate-pullulan blend electrospun nanofiber films
TL;DR: The results of the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) indicate that thermal stability of the electrospun nanofiber films were improved in comparison to pure PUL, and thermal crosslinking method was conducted and water contact angles of the thermal treated nan ofiber films exhibited better hydrophobic properties compared to the un-crosslinking samples.

Polymer nanofibers assembled by electrospinning
TL;DR: Electrospinning is a process by which polymer nanofibers (with diameter lower than 100 nm and lengths up to kilometres) can be produced using an electrostatically driven jet of polymer solution (or polymer melt) as mentioned in this paper.
