Roberto Alonso-Mori,Chiara Caronna,Matthieu Chollet,Robin Curtis,Daniel S. Damiani,Jim Defever,Yiping Feng,Daniel L. Flath,James M. Glownia,Sooheyong Lee,Henrik T. Lemke,Silke Nelson,Eric Bong,Marcin Sikorski,Sanghoon Song,Venkat Srinivasan,Daniel Stefanescu,Diling Zhu,Aymeric Robert +18 more
TL;DR: A description of the X-ray Correlation Spectroscopy instrument at the Linac Coherent Light Source is presented and recent highlights illustrate the coherence properties of the source as well as some recent dynamics measurements and future directions.
Crystal structures of high affinity human T-cell receptors bound to peptide major histocompatibility complex reveal native diago
TL;DR: These crystal structures reveal that the docking mode for the high affinity TCRs is identical to that reported for the parental wild-type TCR, with only subtle changes in the mutated complementarity determining regions (CDRs) that form contacts with pMHC; both CDR2 and CDR3 mutations act synergistically to improve the overall affinity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Sandro Waltersperger,Vincent Olieric,Claude Pradervand,Wayne Glettig,Marco Salathe,Martin Fuchs,Adrian Curtin,Xiaoqiang Wang,Simon Ebner,Ezequiel Panepucci,Tobias Weinert,Clemens Schulze-Briese,Meitian Wang +12 more
TL;DR: The design and performance of the new multi-axis goniometer PRIGo developed at the Swiss Light Source at Paul Scherrer Institute is described.
Journal ArticleDOI
The structure determination of a common cold virus, human rhinovirus 14
Edward Arnold,Gerrit Vriend,Ming Luo,James P. Griffith,Greg Kamer,John W. Erickson,John E. Johnson,Michael G. Rossmann +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the structure of the human rhinovirus 14 at 3.0 A resolution was solved using FRODO on an Evans & Sutherland PS300 graphics system with respect to the 3.08 A resolution electron density map.
Journal ArticleDOI
Interpretation of ensembles created by multiple iterative rebuilding of macromolecular models
Thomas C. Terwilliger,Ralf W. Grosse-Kunstleve,Pavel V. Afonine,Paul D. Adams,Nigel W. Moriarty,Peter H. Zwart,Randy J. Read,Dušan Turk,Li-Wei Hung +8 more
TL;DR: Heterogeneity in ensembles generated by independent model rebuilding principally reflects the limitations of the data and of the model-building process rather than the diversity of structures in the crystal.
